Nick was surprised when the blonde actually woke him up yesterday, expecting to be left to a loud ass bell with little to no time to get the hell out of school. Though luckily, the blonde did wake him up and he was able to end his day and start the next. Much to his demise, he remembers the hangout he agreed to in such a feeble state of mind and now that it was his last period, biology, he couldn't help but dread the thought even more.."You can see that the creature has large wings, so you look at the key and go down one to find it's scientific name. " Mrs. Paige spoke sweetly, snapping Nick out of his recap of yesterday, she was a very lovely teacher. Nick always talked to her and told her about his weekends, obviously leaving out the illegal teenage shit he's done though.
Plus it was biology, nicks favorite. He always enjoyed how easy and fascinating biology was, minus the dissections and weird shit they do to dead animals.
He just liked the plants and watching them grow and do stuff, it was easy and calming to him. He loved plants... he should buy some..."Clay, you are late sir." Nick found himself suddenly paying attention when a sweet voice spoke a familiar name, of course he was right, there the blonde stood in the doorway.. late.... Really late.
"Mrs. Summers was ranting to me, I swear, please forgive! " Clay begged in his stupid actions, but of course, Mrs. Paige only sighed and pointed towards Nick. "Nick, help Clay out." The raven wanted nothing more then to absolutely scream and shove his head through a wall.
"Clay, sit with Nick from now on, it's clear that George is no good influence on you." The blonde didn't seem very upset by this but instead happily waltzed his way over to Nick, sitting down and staring at him.
Nick ignored his the best he could whilst Mrs, Paige talked about raccoons. Finally he couldn't stand those stupid ugly green eyes burning holes into him, Nick quickly turned, "Can you stop staring!?" He whisper yelled, not really wanting to create a scene. Clay only rolled his eyes and looked away. Thank god.
Nick watched intently to the class, his attention slipping each moment a breath leaves the blonde beside him. "Alright class! You may work with partners, don't be to loud." Mrs. Paige smiled and moved to her desk, sitting down and starting to type on her laptop.
Sudden green eyes flashed at him, a curiosity hiding behind them. "What?" Nick spoke just as confused but slightly annoyed, "do you want to work together?" The blonde questioned with a confused face, a small smile creeping at his lips. "Sure." Nick sighed before his answer, watching as the blonde smiled and started reading the first question.
"So it would be a Joyous Ranchera?" Clay spoke with a hint of confusion, trying to hold in his laugh when Nick just glared at him. "Do. You. Even. Pay. Attention?" The raven sighed annoyed already, his finger tracing the paper and searching for the correct answer. "Look-" he scooted slightly closer to the blonde and pointed at the blondes paper, making sure the words were the same and his answer was correct.
"It would be a Tutus Rollus, because it's darker and chewy." Nick explained in great detail, suddenly freezing when a hot gaze shocks him to the core. He slowly turned to see the older staring, his eyes sparkling in a newfound way. "You were really focused, it was cute." Clay broke the silence with a small whisper of disgusting words, Nick immediately scrambled away from the blonde with a flustered frown.
"What is wrong with you!?" Nick yelped as he clung onto the chair for dear life, his hazel eyes sparkled with concern and shock. He nearly scrambled out of his chair as he scooted away. "Your fucking weird." The raven huffed annoyed as the blonde tilted his head with a slight smile, "you seem to like this class." Clay pointed out with transfixed eyes, Nick stabled himself and rested his hands onto the table as he took a breath of air.
"Y-yeah, it's easy and fun. You should pay attention." The younger sighed, the flustered effect slowly washing away as he regained his control. "You don't deal well with compliments huh?" Clay grinned as he spoke, watching as the other rolled his eyes and ignored him. "Aweee don't ignore me!" The blonde smirked, scooting closer to Nick. "STAY AWAY." Nick screeched as he rushed to back away, prompting a wheeze from Clay.
"Jackass." Nick muttered under his breath as he scooted back to his spot and continued with the work. Scolding Clay when he gave a stupid answer, or nodding when he gave the correct answer. "Okay that's all." Nick spoke with relief, both boys quickly turned when the teacher stood up and clapped. "Okay class, good job, if your not done then this is homework. If you did finish then turn it in, pack up."
Everyone started moving at once, including Nick. He packed up his papers and swung his backpack over his shoulder before checking his phone. He grinned when he saw a message from Alex, quickly texting back. "He's so fruity." Nick whispered with a grin, body recoiling when a familiar blonde scared him once again.
"Fuck Clay! Keep doing that shit and we will be no contact strangers." Nick threatened with an angry tone, nearly loosing it when he peered up at the blonde to see a grin. "Your cute when your angry, it's like a little angry fuzz ball." Clay poked the bear, his tone giving a mocking tone, he quickly snatched the youngers phone.. just to add an extra angry effect.
"So help me god Clay, I will deck your ass to the floor ." Nick exclaimed, crossing his arms in anger. "Aweee~" the blonde giggled mockingly, swaying the phone within his hands. The raven looked at the clock and rolled his eyes before turning back to clay and pushing down onto his shoulder blade, snatching his phone when the blondes knees buckled slightly.
"Ow what the fuck?" Clay yelped as he recoiled away from the raven, Nick glared at him before muttering something under his breath. The older stretched before peering down at the younger, his voice wavered slightly when he spoke, "Are we still hanging out?..." Nick froze but quickly turned and nodded, his eyes not daring to look into green ones.
The bell startled both boys as everyone spilled out of their classes and started their ways home, Nick quickly spotted Alex and Luke. "Alex! Luke!" The raven called as he jogged over, grinning when the two turned around with a confused face that washed into a smile.
"Wassup?" Luke was the first to speak his usual greeting, Nick rolled his eyes before replying, "not much, just wanted to say goodbye to you guys." Alex snickered before stopping and staring above Nick. The raven didn't need to turn around to know who was behind him, Alex broke the silence, "hey uh Nick... I think your dog lost his leash or something." Nick quickly shoved Alex's shoulder with a glare, "Eat ass dude, he's not my dog." The blonde behind him didn't seem to say anything but instead rested his chin on nicks shoulder.
"Ya sure? He acts like it..." Luke glared at the blonde, eyes widening when clay stuck his tongue out with a grin. "your dog is mocking me!" Luke hissed as stepped back slightly, Nick slowly turned his head to see clay spaced off innocently. "He's not doing anything dude? He's actually being annoying though." The younger replied with a annoyed sigh and a shove to clay, the older frowning as he stepped back.
"Hahah, you have Clay, Mr. Dickhead stuck to you like a dog!" Alex giggled and pointed at the annoyed raven, Luke slightly chuckled as well. "Yeah tell me about it, He doesn't seem to understand the meaning of stranger danger." Nick huffed as he fixed his bag and backed up slightly, "alright, bye bedwetters." The raven grinned as he started to walk away, the shouting of insults from his two friends ringing in his ears as he left.
It was little to no surprise that the quick footsteps of the blonde appeared and before Nick knew it, he was right by his side again. "Sooo stranger, wanna go hangout now?" The blonde questioned, Nick swears he is up to some bullshit. His reply was nothing short of sassy,
"If I was an actual stranger, I could've kidnapped you by now."
