it wasn't her fault she was just trying to protect some civilians from the fight that's when it happened they had shot her with something still not sure what it is she turned but all the energy she had created bust from her body causing her to collapse out of exhaustion Hydra again causing havoc and making the good guys look bad she woke from passing out to see the damage she had caused.

you had been pushed away from Wanda by a burst of red energy hitting a wall with a grunt of the impact loss of air from the impact causing gasps of air as a burning sensation comes from your lungs while you are blinking rapidly.

Wanda wakes up only to see disarray of shopping stalls some buildings broken windows smashed and doors hanging by their hinges holding her hands up to her mouth in shock while thoughts and guesses linger in her mind "Wanda?" steves voice can be heard over coms "Wanda can you hear me?" "I can hear you, Steve" "oh thank god for your okay we felt a wave of energy from where you are, also you were with y/n right?" "yes..." "she should be near you but were not getting a response from them" "im on it" cautiously making her way around all the damage she comes across you covered in dust from hitting the wall and an iron pol in your abdomen that must have been poking out from the rubble "y-y/n??" her voice cracks seeing what she had done to you slightly tapping your face she could see you breathing slowly "s-steve!" her voice cracks again "what's wrong Wanda" he says noticing her distress "I need a med team to my location y/n's hurt and i-i don't know what to do" "im sending a med team to you now" a minute or so later a Quinjet lands not to far multiple shield agents rushing out with a stretcher and supplies "y/h/n?" "y/h/n, we are going to have to blow torch the pole so we can put you on the stretcher okay?" letting out a grunt and nodding your head they start cutting the pole from the concrete.

she watched you fade in and out of consciousness it broke her as they took you her following not too far behind sitting by your unconscious form holding onto your hand like you would disappear any second the silence as she stared at you some sounds echoed like the sound of the Quinjets humming engine leaving the chaos she had caused behind "touching down in 5" they had taken you both to the avenger's campus where Dr. Cho was waiting to start the surgery.

as soon as the Quinjet had landed you were rushed to the med bay echos of agent's voices threw out the hallway it wouldn't be long before the avengers got back all worrying about you Wanda was talking to nat to help her feel more grounded and nat kept telling Wanda that your stong and you will make it.

the beeping of the heart monitor was loud but the weight of something on your left had was what you know tested the most. opening your eyes slowly there were no lights except a small one on a stand to the right of the bed, looking down at the dark hair of your lover was the first thing you see her hand tangled in yours her head rested on your bed.

moving your hand slightly she starts to stir awake "darling?" you say your voice groggy her head immediately shoots up as she hears you "your awake" she says her voice deep with emotion "hey, hey don't cry" you say wiping a tear from her face with your other hand as hers is still gripped on to your left "you flatlined twice  y/n" "yea but you knew I would make it didn't you" she nods her head "im here now aren't i" "i-i almost killed you it was my fault you got hurt in the first place" "it wasn't your fault" "what do you mean it was me I- I was-" "no hydra was there they had someone shoot you with something that released your powers into a wave of energy to cause a distraction" it took her a second to take in the information you just told her "you need to stop blaming yourself for things you didn't mean to do love" she doesn't say anything just kisses your forehead then cudles up to you on the bed.
