Besides Byakuya, I didn't really recognize any of them. Although, the man with the corn hat looked familiar... PE teacher?
Soon enough we are all shuffling into the building, and I am being lightly squished. For seventeen people, we sure love to stick together.
I'm not sure exactly where I'm going, seeing as I'm in the middle of this cluster, but I walk in the same direction as I'm being led to.
We ended up in the gym, where orientation started to begin.
I felt a pair of eyes on me, but looking around I see no one staring... weird...
As it continued, I started to space out, ignoring the big talk about school and pride and talent and whatever. It hit me that out of everyone, my family's enemy now shares a class with me. Don't get me wrong, I've never met the dude, but the things I hear from my family are outrageous. He probably thinks he's all high and mighty. G r o s s.
The spiel is done, and we are escorted to our classroom. I still feel eyes on me, but I couldn't tell who from, or even if it was one or multiple. I look down at the floor since it's the only thing that's keeping me entertained. Eye contact was never my specialty, and it makes me feel awkward looking at people crossing the hallway.
As soon as we enter the classroom, people immediately group into cliques. The only ones by ourselves are Corn Dude, Byakuya, and I. I looked around. They all seemed nice and not murdery...
