Takemichi Hanagaki was born on June 25th 1991.

When he was little, he swore to become Japan's number 1 delinquent.

He had confidence. And that's how he met Hinata Tachibana.

One day Hinata was getting bullied by some stupid boys.

Takemichi ran in and immediately tried to stop them.

But he ended up getting beat up by them.

However, it didn't stop him.

But that's what made Hinata fall in love with Takemichi.

Eventually Takemichi went to Mizo Middle school. Him and his friends swore to become delinquents that would make the others shiver in fear when they came near.

They thought because Takemichi's cousin was a delinquent, they would get away with stuff.

If only they knew he was full of shit and was actually just an errand boy.

As they searched for second years to beat up, the word got around.

Until the 3rd years came to see what the talk was all about. That's where Kiyomasa comes in.

Him and his goons beat the shit out of Takemichi and his friends. On that day, Kiyomasa turned them into their "slaves" as they like to call it.

They made middle school hell for Takemichi. Once it was over, he left the town to move into an apartment alone.

He labeled himself as "weak" and would apologize to people over and over.

He never stood up for himself again. He never tried to get into fights again.

His current manager was younger than him and even she can boss him around and will still apologize.

Now at the age of 26, Takemichi lived in his trashy apartment. Garbage everywhere.

That's when he heard on the news about Hinata Tachibana and her brother Naoto Tachibana getting caught up in a gang attack. She and her brother died by Toman's hands.

While waiting on the train after hearing the news, he started to remember his one and only girlfriend in life. How much he actually loved her.

Until he was pushed into the tracks. There he thought his life would be over. He thought he would die a loser.

But he didn't.

Instead, he ended back up in 2005. Where he relived the scene when Kiyomasa beat the shit out of him and his friends.

Except, that night, he went to visit Hinata. He cried. He didn't realize how much he missed her.

Takemichi sat in the park in dispare. He was confused.

Is this a flashback? Or is this real?

He heard commotion next to him, 3 older guys bullying a boy younger than them.

Takemichi was pissed. He didn't want people like them to interrupt his sulking secession.

He threatened them with a broken glass bottle, and even knocked out one of the dudes.

That's how he met Naoto Tachibana.

Takemichi told him how he was from the future, and Naoto needed to protect him and his sister.

When they shook on it, Takemichi was back in the present.

Only, there wasn't a scratch on him. And Naoto was alive.

That was the beginning of Takemichi's adventure.

"Takemichi!" I called out to the blonde boy. He turned to me.
