Time had past by and life without Baji was weird.

There were times I visited Kazutora in prison. He deeply regretted his actions.

But I knew he just went insane. You can't be too hard on the kid.

Mikey seemed to be getting better.

Takemichi and Chifuyu had gotten closer. Takemichi was also promoted to the 1st division captain in Toman.

It's what Baji would have wanted.

Draken seemed to be doing alright too.

"(Y/n) come on! I'm starving!" Mikey yelled, knocking on my door.

I quickly shoved my pill bottle under my bed, grabbing my jacket right after.

"Shut up. I'm ready." I said, coming out of my room.

"Finally. I need my kids meal." Mikey whined, placing is hands behind his back.

I rolled my eyes, chuckling slightly at his childish behavior.

I secretly checked into my bag to see if I had enough money for what I wanted later.

I basically became addicted to drugs.

"Mikey's asleep again." Draken said, sighing when looking down at the knocked out Mikey.

I shook my head. "As usual. That kid is like a baby I swear." I laughed.

"It's your turn to carry him. I gotta go somewhere." I told Draken, getting up.

He looked at me confused. "Where are you going?" He asked.

"Uh, I gotta shop at a store." I quickly lied, running out of the store before he could ask more questions.

I sighed. Never in my life would I have thought I would turn to drugs.

But at the same time, I was too tired to care anymore.

While walking to my destination, I ran into Takemichi and Hina. I also saw Hakkai and his sister.

Takemichi was beaten up badly.

"What the hell? What's going on?!" I shouted, running to my friends.

"We ran into my brother, Taiju the leader of the black dragons. He was going to kill Takemichi." Hakkai explained.

"How the hell did you manage to get away? Taiju is insane. And that's your Brother?!" I asked.

"I had to quit Toman." Hakkai said. My eyes widened.

"But you can't! We need you!" I yelled. Hakkai just shook his head, smiling a little.

"I want to protect everyone. Even if it means leaving Toman." He said. I sighed.

"Did he... did he hit Yuzuha again?" I asked shakily. He looked down.

That bastard.

I gritted my teeth. Hina put her hand on shoulder.

"Don't get too upset. I'm sure Hakkai will solve it." Hina tried to reassure me.

But she was wrong.

Even so, I sighed and calmed down.

The next day, Yamagishi told me to come with him and the others to visit Takemichi.

I took my usual drugs then headed over.
