Since (Y/n)'s release, her and Mikey have been non-stop working on figuring out who the hooded man was from that night.

And why he wanted to frame (Y/n).

"(Y/n), maybe we should take a break." Mikey said, looking over at the stressed girl.

But she shook her head.

"There's no time." She responded, still looking at her notes.

Mikey sighed.

"You barely get any sleep, and you just woke up from a coma. It's not healthy to stress so much especially after what just happened." Mikey tried to reason with her.

"Manjiro, I'm fine. Honestly." (Y/n) said, now giving Mikey a tired smile.

But he didn't fall for it.

"No. We're taking a break. I don't care." He said, getting up and snatching the papers away from (Y/n).

"What the fuck? Give it back!" She shouted, but he shook his head.

"We can work on it a little later. You need some fresh air. Let's go somewhere." Mikey said.

(Y/n) just sighed.

"Whatever. But when we get back we're doing more research." (Y/n) demanded.

"Manjiro, why are we in Disneyland?" (Y/n) asked, glancing around at the amusement park.

"I thought you liked Disney?" He responded.

"I mean I do but, where did you even get the tickets from?" She said.

Mikey shook his head. "Don't worry about it. Let's go have some fun." He said.

(Y/n) shrugged it off, following Mikey into the park.

"Who are these princesses? I don't remember them." (Y/n) said, looking at one with really long blonde hair, and a dark skinned princess with a beautiful green dress.

"Oh, those movies came out when you were still in a coma. I'm pretty sure that's Rapunzel from Tangled, and that's Tiana from Princess and the frog." Mikey said.

(Y/n)'s eyes sparkled.

"I want to watch those movies!" She cheered, causing Mikey to shake his head laughing at her cuteness.

"Of course we can. Come, the gift shop is over here." Mikey said, dragging (Y/n) to the gift shop.

"Manjiro! Look! They have a Mushu Plushie!!" (Y/n) squealed, holding the red dragon to her chest.

"Do you want it?" Mikey asked.

She checked the price, then her eyes bulged out of her head.

"7,000 yen?? No that's expensive." She said, placing it back.

But Mikey picked it back up.

"I'll get it. It's nothing." He said plainly.

"Huh? How much money do you have??" (Y/n) freaked out.

"Enough to spoil you for the rest of your life." Mikey winked.

(Y/n) blushed and turned away quickly.

"Don't say stuff like that! It's embarrassing." She grumbled.

Mikey laughed and hugged her.

"You're so cute (N/n)!" He beamed.

(Y/n)'s heart melted, happy to see Mikey happy again.

She missed his goofy and fun side.

After everything that had happened before, she was beginning to lose hope for everything.
