The sun shined through the broken clouds when the girls made their way through the city. Lilith sighed in relief when the yellow rays touched her even if they weren't strong enough to warm her frozen skin under her heavy clothes. The paper coffee cup in her hand warmed her entire arm, and she held onto it for dear life. She couldn't add anything to their conversations as the nippy wind was too much for her brain to process. Once in the car, she sighed in relief and Poki looked at her with a smile.

"What, cold?" She teased.

"Oh shut up," Lilith laughed. "You're the only one used to cold weather."

"I feel alive," Rae cried as she sat in the driver's seat.

"Oh god," Tina gasped and she pretended to get out of the car. Rae burst out laughing.

"Rae please don't kill us," Poki laughed. Lilith's eyes locked on the large iced coffee Rae placed in the cupholder.

"No I'm actually fine, just freezing."

"Uh yeah! It's like fifteen degrees outside and you're still drinking iced!" Lilith cried.

"I only get iced!" And they were on their way back to the house.

Lilith was grateful for Tina's recommendation to go get coffee. After the movie, Lilith fell asleep in the basement with the girls. She shared a couch with Tina and it was the first incredible night sleep she had in a while. It was warm and cozy, and all the anxiety melted from her the moment she realized she was surrounded by and safe with her best friends.

Lilith's smile faded as anger boiled in her chest. It was the first time that morning she checked her phone so there were many messages to get through. She shook her head and stared at the words in his message. Dream wasn't her keeper. He wasn't her boyfriend. Why was he so concerned about her whereabouts at every second of the day? He didn't text Karl like that, did he? He didn't text Sapnap or Corpse like that, did he?

She couldn't believe how furious Dream made her. How dare he harrass Corpse like that? He knew Corpse was still warming up to being with everyone, and especially after telling Lilith how uncomfortable he was with how close Dream was to her, she was pissed. Beyond mad.
