I look up over to him, tears in my eyes. "I just don't know what to do anymore." Ayato looks shocked as my voice breaks. "Please let go, I really can't do this anymore." He lets go, my arm staying in the air for a moment. I give him a last sad smile and rush away. How was I supposed to know? What was I supposed to do? If I came earlier would it have changed something? Anything? How could he ever think, I could think of him as an afterthought? He might as well done the same. "You.." My voice comes out shakily, breathy, and it cracks with every word. "lied when you said you'd wait.. Why!? Why did you fall for her!? When we're n..nothing alike." I could kill her. "Aha... ahahaha.. AHAHAHA!" As I continued to run with tears in my eyes I laughed at the thought. I've killed so many others.. what would one more do? It might just leave him more hurt, so for his sake I won't. I snap three times and I'm back home. My reality. I look over to the day. For 10 years being gone a few weeks isn't bad. I look at my laptop. That's right, Twitter. They've been raving on Ayato's looks recently. He looks the same as I've seen. I look at Ayaka next to Ayato. "You really had to take Thoma didn't you?" I sigh and lean back in my chair. My head back, my eyes closed. It really does hurt, he is real after all. As I think of Thoma's hurt face, my face contorts as well. I grab a piece of paper and start writing out another world. Just for the two of us.

However, half way through I break the pencil. I slump down onto the desk. With my eyes so close to the paper I read the second line. The line of command. 'He will love me and only me.' When did I become such a jealous psycho? I crumple the paper and throw it into my trashcan. I close my eyes and sooner than later I shift back.

I'm standing on a boat to Watasumi Island. A random boat, so hopefully no complications will arise. I paddle all the way there and the sun comes up. Through the night that came sooner than I expected, I took a quick nap. Now, it's barely daybreak and I've made it. I see Kokomi and smile. "Have you seen Gorou and or Kazuha?" She returns my smile.

"That I have. You're here rather early though? They're out collecting pearls at the moment. Gorou wanted to do something with them? I'm not entirely sure what." She sighs, it seems she's used to his antics. Gorou let's loose when it comes to Kazuha and Kazuha goes along with it. I head over there and sure enough there they are. Kicking water at each other, having armfuls of pearls. So early.. could they be for the wedding? I quickly start running to the opposite side of the island. Sure enough there are pearls. I start collecting them.

I start hearing the two coming closer. I hide behind a few bushes. "Ah.. that's weird. I thought I had told the people not to collect the pearls. So that they could be used as centerpieces. The bigger the better Ayaka said. She wanted to make sure Watasumi Island was highly represented."

"Why might that be?" Kazuha inquires. He may come monthly, but I suppose Gorou didn't want their one day to go to waste by talking about a wedding.

"Well, it's meant to show everyone that the others of Inazuma will give the people of Watasumi peace. Kokomi and Sara agreed that a wedding from someone important, who the people look up to, on Watasumi would help convey the message. However... with rising tensions a year ago and the need for the Kamisato line to keep going.." Gorou trails off. I guess it would mean war. I wonder what started these tensions?

"You mean tensions from the goods a year ago?"Goods? "I remember you had to leave to take care of something about stolen goods. That the people of  Watasumi were stealing from those of Inazuma-" Gorou scoffs, putting all the pearls from his hands into a sack.

"They weren't! False accusations. More of these cases started piling up... I didn't want our one day to go to waste on such matters. So I haven't told you. 3 months ago, when the wedding was announced, the cases stopped. Ayaka's wedding has been a big sign of peace. It would've been done with Ayato, but they also need to continue the line." Gorou looks around, his tail is tucking itself in. "I'm not allowed to say anything, but Ayato has had his eyes on someone. He's stated to Sara multiple times that he wants them and only them. I overheard during Kokomi's tea session with her. With Ayato being infertile, something I also overheard, they think he's making up an excuse. Which is why the groom may seem rather unhappy with all of this.. I bet he didn't have a choice. For peace, sacrifices will be made." Gorou shakes his head. Cases suddenly dropped..? A year ago.. When Thoma had started to cheer up? What. I snapped to get back to my reality.
