Just as Jack closed his eyes, Pitch had entered the room. An enormous smirk playing across his lips. Bunnymund managed to shot him a glare despite the pain oozing from his every core.
"Ah? Still awake and alive, I see. How do you feel, Mister Easter bunny?" he said with a teasing tone. His smirk growing wider after seeing the amount of hatred in the rabbit's eyes.
"Did you like what you saw, rabbit?" he spoke softly, circling around the unconscious Jack. His fingers running down his pale skin, Bunnymund growled even louder. Shooting daggers at the man.
"Get . . . away . . . from him." he managed to say, growling each and every word as he felt his throat shed another blood. Pitch softly laughed, "Does your throat hurt, rabbit? Ah, maybe it does after the torment I did. My, my. You and Jack sure made one heck of a music." he smirked widely.
"Master?" a voice of a girl echoed through the door he came in, "Ah, Jaclyn. Come here and do introduce your new friend to Mister Rabbit, won't you?"Bunnymund's eyebrow furrowed, friend? He doesn't have any friend except for-No . . . It can't be. Bunnymund managed to jerk his head toward the direction of the door.
In came a tall slender girl. Her hair blonde as her green orbs shone bright at the light's amazing ray.
His eyes widen at the girl who entered. A teenage girl. Her hair as messy as it can be. Her clothes ripped in so many ways. Her green orbs met his, "B-Bunny?" she spoke in a groggy tone. But the sweetness in her voice remains.
"Sophie!" Bunnymund screamed, feeling his vocal cords shattering, he jumped up, ignoring the pain stinging across his body and attempted to ran towards the girl at the door.
But he was held back by the collar perfectly wrapped around his neck. Choking as he collapsed on the floor.
"B-Bunny! No! It's a trap! Don't be fooled!" a voice called. It sounded like Jack.
"J-Jack?" he coughed, he had permanently damaged his vocal cords.
"You're such a retarded kangaroo, you know that? Can't you tell if it's a trap or not?! Wake up, Bunny! Open your eyes! Scream! Scream even though it hurts! We need you! I . . . I need you."
With that, he did. He looked Pitch on the eye, shooting him one last glare until he let out an inhuman scream. And soon after, he blacked out.
❄⛄❄
His eyes shot open, the first thing he saw was silhouettes. Faces stating down at them until his vision cleared. He groaned before using his elbow to sat up.
"Bunny!" someone called before throwing that person's arms around Bunnymund's neck. Hugging him closely in the person's chest.
And it occurred to Bunnymund that the person was none other than . . .
"Sophie?" he questioned, his eyes demanding for answers.
"We survived, old friend. I didn't quite remember what happened. But, Jack had saved the day! He broke his chains once he saw you choking on your collar." North explained with a smile on his face.
