Is it wrong for me to be jealous?

Later in the evening Terrick went to his mate to be with her even though she isn't moving and is dead all thanks to her devilish uncle and his family.
Terrick walk into the very cold room though it's cold it doesn't bother him.
He sat by her bed and held her hand he brought it to his mouth and drop a kiss not lingering there for too long. He rub the her left cheek with his hand.
A sigh escape his mouth " imagine me saying I wouldn't accept you as my Mate? " he chuckled before continuing on his conversation " you know when my mom told me I was going to have a human mate i laughed so hard my ribs hurt, I didn't believe and i later vow to kill you the moment I see you but here we are. Ain't I suppose to be happy that your dead and i can claim anyone else as my wife?"
"You know Annex found his mate today, lucky him right? I wish I was in his shoes wait I am in his shoes but the difference is your dead and can't talk to me"
"It is wrong for me to feel jealous of him?" He gave a sad smile " please wake up and talk to me I promise I'll treat you right and I won't say anything to hurt I promise I'll thank the goddess for giving you back and I won't do anything to hurt you I will not let anyone touch you. Please come back Catrina my human mate, your the alpha's mate and a Luna" Terrick sat with his mate the whole day talking to her begging her to come back and be his mate he slept in the cold room not minding the it's temperature.
The next morning the alpha went to his room took a bath and went to the dinning table to have his breakfast with his pack.
"Good morning alpha" his members greet him in unison, he just nod his head not saying anything.
Epie came when everyone was seated he greet everyone and went to Terrick to greet him personally "good morning Terry" she greet him then look at the newly added member " who is she Terry?" Since she wasn't there to witness what happened yesterday she is clueless about this new girl.
"She's a new member of our pack and Annex's mate"
"Oh mate like yours who is that room" she look at him with her innocent eyes.
Terrick cleared his throat before saying yes, Annex just look at his best friend unable to utter a word he knows he can't feel his pain but he has an idea of it.
"Come Epie eat your food" he said to the little girl so she wouldn't talk again and put Terrick in a tight spot.
The supreme alpha didn't say anything more but just ate his food quietly, the good tasted like water in his mouth he has no appetite and is only eating because he doesn't want to look before his people.
Sure they respect him but they also want to reduce his status as the supreme alpha seeing him weak will give them the idea.
