Pulling up to Midtown High school Tony shut off his car and got out, quickly going around to open Katherine's door with flourish of his free hand. "Madam."

Thanking him she climbed out and asked, "So what's the plan?" When he only shrugs at her she realizes that he doesn't in fact have a plan at all. "You're gonna pull him out of class and accuse him of being Spider-Man? Do you really think he's just going to admit it?"

"Oh he's definitely going to deny it, but I can be very persuasive. I mean I am Tony Stark after all. If that fails I've got a beautiful woman to distract him with. After this we should get some lunch at this great place I know not far from here." Not letting him get away with trying to change the subject Katherine zeros back in on what they're going to do.

"One thing at a time, Tony. Seeing as how you have no plan let me lead the way." She says hooking her SHIELD badge in front waistband of her jeans. People responded better and with much less of a argument when you showed them that your were a person with authority.

Stalking towards the entrance Tony was quick to follow, catching up to her ready to open the door, but she knocked his hand out of the way. "Don't. I can open my own doors damn it."

Holding up his hands in supplication he apologized. "I'm sorry. I was only trying to help." Sighing Katherine tried to rein back her anger. He was just trying to be a good friend and here she was biting his head off.

"I'm sorry for snapping at you. Please just treat me like everyone else. Just because I only have one arm it doesn't make me so fragile that I can't open a door by myself." Understanding what she meant he nodded his head and stood aside waiting for her to awkwardly open the door for herself.

Catching the attention of a secretary or whatever they called themselves now Katherine held up her badge for the older woman to see. "I'm Agent Blake with SHIELD and clearly this is Tony Stark. We need to speak with one of your students, Peter Parker."

Flustered more by Tony then she was by Katherine's agent status the older woman twitters out a nervous little laugh as she typed in the kids name to find out where he was. Picking up the receiver of the phone next to her she called his teacher telling them to send Peter to the office. Eyes shifting back and forth between them she asks, "He's on his way. Will you be taking him with you? I have to know so I can inform his guardian."

The woman's eyes widen as Tony stepped up to the counter pocketing his phone that he'd been texting on, a flirty smile on his face. "No need to go anywhere. I'm sure you have a office we can use, right?"

Rolling her eyes at how annoyingly this tactic was working to get her to do what they want Katherine kept her mouth shut as they followed the woman who introduced herself as Meridith to a small side office. Leaving them to go back out front Katherine paced over to the widow that looked out onto the street as she patiently waited for Parker to arrive while Tony went back to texting. A few minutes later a teenager with slightly curly brunette colored hair walked in.

His big brown eyes widened in shock as he looked from her over to see Tony sitting back in one of the four chairs with an ankle crossed over his knee and his eyes glued to his phone. Accidentally dropping his backpack, making the older man give him his attention he stutters out, "I-I was told someone needed to speak to me."

Sitting up Tony tried to put the boy at ease which very much didn't work. "Relax kid and take a seat. We've got something to discuss with you and then you can go back to class." When Parker just stands there with his mouth hanging open Katherine comes over to pull out a chair for him.

"Peter, my name's Katherine Blake. I'm an agent for SHIELD. I'm guessing you know who he is." She says tipping her head in Stark's direction. With an awed expression at meeting his idol in person he nods never once taking his eyes away from Tony. "If you could take a seat we want to ask you a few questions."
