18. The preparations

Sienna, Isaac and Logan make sure that the 4 ships all get on the river properly. You can always rely on the 3.

"You can all decide for yourself whether you want to stay with us here on the beach or sail with your ships in safety!" I tell the 3 pirate crews and jump off board shortly afterwards with Luna and part of my crew. Unerringly we land on the beach and walk a few steps. Eustass and his 'significant' crew members, Killer, Heat and Wire, follow us immediately. Shortly thereafter, Whitebeard with his 16 commanders and a few of his other crew members. Last but not least, Law follows together with Bepo, Penguin and Shachi. I turn to the 3 crews and address my word to them: "No matter what happens when these bilge rats arrive here, you don't mind! This island belongs to the Blood Pirates and we are in charge! Stay in the background and don't cause any trouble! Got it?!"

Immediately I get either a nod, a clear 'yes' or an approving grumble. So far so good. I focus my attention directly on Law. "Trafalgar Law. I ask you for a favor!" I start the conversation. "What a favor?" he asks. You can clearly hear the curiosity. "Logan was injured by Hawkeye's attack. At the moment everything is still in order, its armor is also not completely penetrated, but... As soon as he changes into his human form, the wound appears on his chest and he will lose a lot of blood in no time... I beg you Law. You are the only one I know who could save his life! I also do almost everything!" I explain my request and bow deeply to him.

"All right.. But for that I want a date with you! Just the two of us and no one else." he replies. Immediately I lift my gaze and look at it. A date? That's all he wants? He could demand anything and he wants a date? "A date?" I ask again to be on the safe side. In response, he nods. "If there is nothing else, agreed!" I say and hold out my hand to him. Without hesitation, he strikes. Thus, the deal applies. Well, I'm curious.

"This is not your serious scalpel minion!!" Kid immediately speaks up. "What are you interfering with now as an intelligence allergy sufferer?" asks Law annoyed. "A date?!!! Why?! You've already kissed her properly!!" complains Ace now.

Oh man, I have absolutely no desire for that now! I ignore the 3 and turn to the residents: "It's been a long time since we saw each other and I'm happy to be back again, but unfortunately the festivities have to be postponed a bit!" - "What's wrong Olivia?" asks an older woman. She is the owner of a bakery and I can definitely say that her bakery has by far the best baked goods! "I've messed with the idiots from the navy again and now the stupid yellow monkey comes here with a big fleet and a samurai of the seas." I answer her question and embarrassed scratched the back of my head. For a short time it is quiet but then the residents start laughing. "Well, then we go to the houses, then you have free rein and can plunge the monkey into the sand." announces an old man. He is the husband of the older woman and also a funny fellow. The residents do what he said and go to the back of the buildings. So I have a little more than 20 meters of beach completely to myself, okay 10 meters, the other pirates are still there. All the residents know me and know how to regulate something, so they all have my back. I am extremely grateful to them for that.

A few marine soldiers who live here and are on holiday come to me. They greet me and inquire exactly what problems I bring with me. Of course, I explain everything to them until I hear Luna's words: "You're here."

I turn around and look out to sea. In fact. The whole shitty fleet is there. It becomes completely quiet. Everyone is curious about what is happening now. "Get ready!" I address my word mainly to my crew. Luna and the rest of my crew stand in front of the other pirates. They look like a kind of fence, except that they are not connected with wires or woods. The idea sounds funny, but so we make it cold that these pirates are our guests.

Sienna joins Sally, Maria, Jimmy and other pirates.

Isaac, on the other hand, joins me and stands near me. "Nova and Noel wait in the water, together with the monkfish, on instructions." Isaac explains to me quietly. "Good. We are still waiting. They are not yet in our area and I have not yet been able to warn them." I answer him and he tells me with a short nod that he has understood.

Nova and Noel are 2 water dragons. They are twins and also children of Isaac and Sienna. The two are a little older than Sally and thus have a little more experience sinking into the ship. My gaze wanders back to the warships. These have since stopped, just over 1 mile from the beach. So outside our border... Too bad, but as I know the monkey, he will not respect it and so we can sink some ships again. ~

Something else gets my attention. A small raft with a chair? No to a throne. A raft with a throne moves towards us and invades our territory. This vehicle belongs to non other than Mihawk Dracule Hawkeye...

When he sails into the bay, I go closer to the water. "Are you here now to make trouble?" I ask him loud enough that he hears it too. It would be stupid if he didn't hear my question!

"No, I have no interest in messing with an entire island." he replies. Well, at least something. "Then you are welcome here Mihawk. You know the rules don't you?" I say to him again. "Yes, don't worry, I'm not one of those stupid rag dogs! This is not my first time on your island. Do you mind if I stay here a little longer?" he asks. Funny. Otherwise he never asks... "If you want to ask if you can bring your cute little boat inside, then that's a yes. As long as you don't cause us trouble here, you're welcome Mihawk." I replied with a smile. I also recognize a very small smile on his face. I watch him steer his raft into our river and one of my crew takes it over. Very elegantly, as always, he jumps ashore and comes up to me.

"Where is your blue flash?" he asks quietly as he stops in front of me. So Ahhhhhhhh He feels guilty for Logan and worries. "He's just resting. Your attack has hurt him quite a bit. But you can make up for it by drinking one with him, he just said." Isaac answers calmly for me. With a nod he confirms to us that he has understood it and goes to Sienna and Maria. He looks much more relaxed now. Mihawk isn't the cold and emotionless asshole he's always thought to be. Mhhhh.. Huh? Who are the pirates? Mihawk seems to know them well, just as they greet each other. The red-haired one seems familiar to me. Why? No matter about that, I can think about it later.

I turn my gaze back to the sea, because Kizaru and a dozen marine soldiers are just entering the beach. Clever that these idiots came with only a handful of dinghies and not with a warship.

"Blood Blade Adams!! You are hereby arrested! Come forward and come with us without any trouble or we have to use force!!" announces some insignificant naval officer. Kizaru, on the other hand, observes my every move.

........... Silence........

Complete silence reigns all over the beach. The only thing missing is that a scrub is blown past by the wind. Are these marine idiots really that stupid or are they just pretending?!

"Uh... Can you please repeat that again? I think I just misheard you... " I say after some time.
