The early morning sun rose upon the Anatolian mountains as the light reflected like mirrors.

The warm fire crackled as the flame lit up the darkroom while Katerina was peacefully asleep on the comfortable chair, tired from watching Lucina all night as the plan for the next few days was to help the little Calypse child settle into her new home.

" Katerina, Katerina". Katerina jolted out of her sleep when she heard knocking and a familiar voice calling for her outside the wooden door.

" Who goes there, and what do you want". Katerina asked with a stern voice.

" it's me, Rudis; please let me in. It's essential. I need to speak with you." Katerina recognised Rudis voice as soon as she opened the door, quickly grabbing the arm of the brown-headed servant as the door closed. The door echoed in the halls as it closed.

" Are you crazy? What are you doing here before the morning roll call? You are so Lucky, miss Rudis. If lord calypse found out you were here so early, so God helps me, I will pray for you."

"I know, Katerina, I need to ask you..."
While Rudis paused for a moment, her brown eyes slowly wandered as she quietly gasped in awe at the little Lucina, who was sleeping peacefully like an angel.

" My goddess is that the little lady. She's so precious". Rudis squealed quietly, and as she was about to step closer to have a better look at the sleeping dark hair child, Katerina pulled Rudis's shoulder like a strong force.

" boundaries, Rudis, boundaries, how many times do I have to tell you to get that message in your head". Katerina said in a cranky voice. " Tell me, Miss Ain, what's in your right mind are you doing here? You know you are not allowed to be in here without permission from Lord and Lady Calypse.

Rudis stopped and sighed as her brown eyes gazed at the stone floor with defeat. " I know, I know I'm trying to improve my understanding of boundaries; there is something I need to ask you and only you.

" And what do you want to ask me". Katerina said curiously, waiting for Rudis response.

Rudis breathed in and out. " there are two things I need to tell you and ask the first is Rodrigo pulled me aside last night and told me I would be the main attendant to the new Lady Calypse". Rudis smiled.

" That's wonderful, Rudis, that great news being able to sever the Ladyship is a wonderful opportunity; what was the other thing you wanted me about". Katerina said, Looking at Rudis face and becoming nervous.

" You mentioned that you used to work in Croix castle. You must have interacted with the Lady, and the people have petrified of the Duke of Croix and his family about their ambitious reputation; I want to ask Lady Calypse is as cruel as her father".

"I used to work at the Croix estate many years ago, but only a herbalist. I barely interacted with the Lady. From what I know, she's shy Demure and often keeps herself, although I haven't seen her since she was six while observing the Ladyship. She may not be as cruel as the Duke of Croix, but I don't know for sure".

Katerina quickly peaked out of the window seeing the glorious sunlight that always shined in the Mountains of Anatol at the light reflected in the Morning Mist surrounding the Great Mountains.

" Oh my, the sun is up; hurry along, Rudis, before Lady Calypse wakes up". As Katerina pushed Rudis outside, slamming the chamber doors with an echo, she turned around to look at the little girl; she didn't realise she had accidentally woken Lucina from her slumber.
