Ashwin swiftly opens his eyes, sweating profusely.

He looks at the empty bed on his left and caresses it, while a lone tear escapes his eyes. 

He gets up and freshes himself. He enters the kitchen to make coffee for him, simultaneously unlocking his phone to read the headlines.

"Z.Corp stocks crash"

"World's Topmost company fall victim, NextGen to the rescue"

"NextGen buys Z.Corp, reaches their pinnacle"

Reporter: The world's topmost company falls victim after 30 years. Shocking at the same time suspicious. The only person going to be successful by the downfall of Z.Corp is NextGen..Is this some kind of a ruse? A conspiracy? Will their CEO Mr.Ashish Chakroborty be held accountable?

Ashwin who was immersed in the news was brought back to reality when the coffee overflowed and spread across the slab. He picks up a cloth to wipe it clean while a past memory revisits him..

"Give me the algorithm and I give you the girl"

"No Ashwin, don't give it to him", Sivaangi yells.

"QUIET!!!!" saying he tightens his hold on her. The guards come by and tape her mouth immediately, to avoid infuriating their boss.

"But it isn't functional yet", Ashwin declares.

"Let me be the judge of that"

"Ok fine...here take it", saying Ashwin pushes the small Pendrive towards him.

"Now give her to me", Ashwin requests.

"You really thought I'd give her back to you...how silly! Have you never watched films before..."

"We had a deal", Ashwin retorts firmly.

"We'll..Now I break the deal"

"Leave her", Ashwin yells.

"Guards take her away"

Seeing her resisting to come along, the guards slapped her and pulled her along with them.

"Aiii....I said Leave her!!! Ambalaya iruntha enta modhuda!!", Saying Ashwin tries to move forward but he's unable to.

At the same time, Ashwin falls down motionless. Seeing him like that Sivaangi screams through the tape, and tries to escape, but the guards quickly inject something in her neck.

"Enna da panra? Vena..No..Maaaaa!!!!!!", Ashwin shouts despite feeling weak.

The guards didn't pay any heed to Ashwin and they lifted her limp body and entered the lift. Ashwin slowly starts to lose consciousness.
