Part 8

Nate was nervous to even knock on the door. He froze at the door like a good 3 minutes. Until he finally just did it. Cam opened the door eyes widen.

N: "c..can we talk.."

C: "..."

Cam looked away.

N: "please"

Nate begged. And cam sighed.

C: "my girlfriend here..."

N: "..I just need to talk to you".

C: "f-fine.."

Cam pulled Nate inside. Before Nate can say anything Cam led him to another room.

C: "what is it."

N: "why are you doing this."

C: "huh?"

N: "pushing me away there has to be a reason"

C: "I cant say.."

N: "please talk to me."

Nate begged.

N: "I missed you, I just missed you so much it hurts man I need you."

C: "...I missed you to."

Cam looked away feeling bad.

N: "I don't know if you feel the same but I really do love you Cam."

C: "Nate.."

Cam looked back at Nate his expression looked genuine.

N: "please.. your the only person I really need we don't have to date just come back. Back we're we use to laugh and say our inside jokes and have stupid memories and do stupid shit. Don't you miss that?"

Cam held Nate's hands.

C: "you know my girlfriend she won't allow that.."

N: "don't do this to your best friend bro we been talking together for years.."

Nate stared into Cam's eyes.

C: "Nate.."

Cam mumbled under his breath.

C: "I-I cant..break up with her.."

Cam put his finger on Nate's thumb.

C: "it's complicated..but you will always be my number one not a moment passed where I didn't think about you.."

N: "don't go I can help you.."

C: "..you can't help I need to do this on my own I don't want you to get involved with all the bad people.."

N: "we always stick together plus you promised you wouldn't leave me I'm holding on to that promise."

Cam's eyes widen they were both inches away from each others faces. Cam slowly grew closer and pecked Nate's lips. Nate was shocked but kissed him back but only for a second before Cam pulled away.

C: "Nate..I do want this but..I don't want you to get hurt or even me to get hurt."

N: "is she really that bad"

Cam went silent. And just slowly pulled Nate closer again and Nate kissed him again it was a soft and meaningful kiss they both didn't wanna hate eachother they still cared it was just hard.

But before anything else Cam regained his senses and ended the kiss right there and then. Clearing his throat.

C: "I think you should go..we can talk later she probably suspicious now.."

N: "will you-"

C: "just go please."

Cam pushed Nate away. And didn't say another word he wanted to say something else but just left. He left the house and he knew we had to do something even if it meant one of them getting hurt.
