A/N:

I know that some people are confused about why Lydia's nickname is 'Lil' instead of 'Lyd'; honestly the answer to that question is I didn't like how the nickname 'Lyd' sounded, therefore I chose for her nickname to be 'Lil'.

I've decided to write a short chapter based on Lydia's POV on why people nicknamed her 'Lil'.

(Hopefully this makes sense) ...

As a little girl I was unable to pronounce my name, for some reason I couldn't pronouns the sound of the letter 'D'.

Every time when trying to say my name it would come out as "Lily-ya". And because it took me so long to properly learn how to say my name people had assumed that 'Lily-ya' was it.

My parents found it "adorable" that I couldn't pronounce my name properly so they started calling me 'Lil', and because of that everyone else started calling me that too.

The nickname has stuck ever since.

When I told Denny and Emma this story they started laughing uncontrollably and they themselves started calling me 'Lil'.
