Prompt: Chae-yoon and Tae-gu are A-list actors that broke up years ago but are working on a new film again after years.
Chae-yoon's POV:
My eyelids gently lift up and I regain consciousness while my make-up artist, Ki-yeon gently woke me up. I didn't realize I had dozed off for a while. She then informs that our breaktime was up and Lee PDnim was already looking for me and Tae-gu-ssi.
We were going to film the last scene for our movie. It was going to be a heavy one especially for my role.
I arrive at our set and I greet Lee PDnim, while I just smile at Tae-gu. Lee PDnim briefs us with the last scene. My character, Jang-mi would be fleeing the country and her boyfriend and partner-in-crime, Im Cheol-ryung tries to stop her from doing so. Instead, they end up having a massive fight at the dock before she leaves and the police manage to catch up to them. Cheol-ryung surrenders while my character Jang-mi flees but the police end up shooting her dead.
Lee PDnim gives us a few minutes to rehearse and calls us back 10 minutes later.
I take a deep breath before Lee PDnim says 'ACTION!' and claps the film slate.
I sigh, before glaring at Tae-gu. "Cheol-ryung, this relationship is at its ends, I am done with this relationship, Cheol-ryung. I'm sorry but I can't be with you anymore. I'm done."
He clasps on to my wrists as he says his lines, "Jang-mi, is this because of what my cousin told you? That this was all a scheme?" He was now kneeling infront of me.
I slap him all at once with the anger racing in my mind, "YES! Apparently you've been tricking me the whole 8 months we've been together." I scoff, before continuing, "Gosh, the memories we've shared are disgusting me. So please, Cheol-ryung. Let me be, if you want to surrender to the police, go ahead. If not, just go on with your life and forget I even existed, I'll do so with you."
"My love for you is true, Jang-mi. I admit our relationship started because of my boss' scheme. But my love for you is sincere, Jang-mi, I love you with all my heart." He looks at me wistfully.
I pull him by his collar and kiss him passionately, I pull out a few seconds later and start speaking my lines, "I'm sorry, Cheol-ryung. But I can't continue on with our relationship." Suddenly the police sirens are played, which signs for me to bid him farewell, "You'll always be my first love, Im Cheol-ryung. Until we meet again." I say, before running to the yacht that was waiting for me. My double does the rest of the work, as I do not know how to drive a yacht.
A few minutes pass and Lee PDnim is satisfied with the results, he shouts 'CUT!' and we head to where Lee PDnim was to see if he had any feedback.
Tae-gu's POV:
Finally, after 4 months of shooting, we were finally able to wrap up with the shoot. We were informed that there would be a wrap up dinner for us and the staff at a restauranr near our set location.
I was getting ready to leave the set, when my manager, Chi-su entered the room, slupping himself on the couch. "Are you almost done there?" He asks.
"Yeah, I'll be done in a few minutes." I say as my make-up artist fixes my hair.
"Don't hurry, we won't be late at all."
I furrow my eyebrows in confusion, "What do you mean it's quarter to 5 and we're supposed to be there by 5."
He sighs, "Chae-yoon apparently fainted a few moments after the two of you left Lee PDnim's room."
My eyes widen as I practically jump out of my seat, "WHAT?! Where is she?"
"Gosh, don't act like you care, Tae-gu. I think she was rushed back to her room."
I don't reply and run out of my room, making the two of them speechless.
I was panting heavily when I arrived at her room. I knocked on the door first, and I quickly open it as I'm given permission. "Chae-yoon, are you okay?" I ask with a worried face, approaching her that was laying on the couch.
She laughs at me, "Ani, I'm fine."
Her make-up artist and Manager, Mr. Hong look at us confused while I give Chae-yoon a hug.
I pull out of the embrace and ask her, "I'm guessing you haven't told them yet."
"Told us what?" Mr. Hong asks making Chae-yoon laugh.
"Mr. Hong, we've gotten back together. I think it's been almost 8 months?" She turns to me and I nod.
"Seolma." Mr. Hong says, his jaw dropping, "How did this happen?"
"The CF we worked on a year ago." I say. I turn to Chae-yoon and ask her again, "Are you really sure you're alright, Love?"
"I really am. I'll tell you when we got home later." She whispers in my ear.
"I have a suggestion. Why don't we skip the wrap up dinner?" I say, earning a smack from her.
"We can't do that. It'll disapppoint Lee PDnim." She signals for me to come closer. "Don't worry, Daddy. We're alright." She whispers, "Now, let's go before Lee PDnim gets disappointed.
