Violet and I trudge through the thick, green forest. Birds call and insects buzz all around us, about 4 miles in Violet collapses. I rush to het side, "Violet!!" I yell. Her eyes fluttered and she say one word, "water."

"I'll be right back Violet, I promise." I run away as fast as humanly possible. After about 15 minutes I stop, I can't seem to find anything, no water. I panic, if she doesn't get that water she'll die.

I stop in my tracks. What is that sound? It sounds like... no way. I run towards the sound and burst into a clearing. It's beautiful, the sun shines and the water is glistening from the waterfall. I grab a giant leaf from a nearby tree and put it in the water. I take a longer one and tie the leaf together securing the water inside. I start to get up when I hear another, less satisfying sound. A deep, growl comes from behind me, I slowly turn around to face the beast.

It was a big, dark, hairy beast the was about 4 feet tall and wider than a grizzly bear. I was in trouble now, I put the leaf in my pocket and backed up, my foot neared the waters edge and the beast began to move towards me. I wanted to run, but where was I to go I have the water behind me, and the beast blocks my only path back to Violet, OH NO!!!! Violet!!! The beast starts to charge at me, it knocks me over into the water. It's hot, stinky breath assults my nose and I am terrified. I sat there about to scream, and then the beast cried out. It fell like a bag of bricks to the ground.

It was dead.
