I still hear Jack calling my name, but he's in front of me isn't he? I try to get up, but an arrow flies at me catching my shirt and throwing me to the ground. A voice whispers "Don't move." I do as I'm told and Jack rushes to my side.
"Hope? What is this?" He pulls the arrow out of my sleeve. I see a gleam in the darkness and push Jack to the side. The arrow flies past my head to where Jack used to be.
"Hey!" I yell standing up. I run towards the bushes and tackle the attacker.
"Oooff." She says falling on the ground. "Get off me." She screams kicking her feet. Jack comes out of the bushes and pulls me off the girl.
"We have to go to the tree before more come... you too." He looks at the girl.
We get to the tree. "Ummmm, I can't climb." I confess. Jack climbes down and picks me up with ease, then climbes up the tree. He sets me down and we interrogate the girl.
"My name is Hailey Glassman, I'm fourteen years old, and also fuck you." She says going towards the exit, but Jack blocks her way. She sits down again, arms crossed.
"When were you kidnapped?" I asked.
"Kidnapped? I left."
