It was now 5:14 a.m Leo had just blow his car horn for the seventh time.

"I'm coming, geez!" I yelled out my bedroom window.

"Are you sure you have everything; clothes, underwear, electronics, pictures." My mom checked off each name as she called them.

"I'll be fine, I promise." I said trying to restore a little piece of content.

"I know, I just don't want you to leave yet." She hugged me tightly leaving me breathless. I wasn't going to see her until couple of years, the thought alone made me sad.

"I don't want to leave either." It was the only thing I could say. She let out a small smile before pulling me back and looking over my face.

"I love you." A tear fell from her eyes as she continued to look at me.

"I love you too mom." This was so cliche but it didn't matter.

"Dash, a word please." My dad said sternly. It was time for that responsibility-motivational crap talk again.

"Yes?"

"I trust that you still have your virginity?"

He couldn't be serious, I'm twenty-two not twelve.

"Of course dad." I lied

"Good, I don't need my little girl in a different bed every night."his voice got deeper per word. "I'm gonna miss you kiddo." He finally pulled me in for a hug and a kiss on my forehead. "I talked to Leo about your safety, I don't need you with bad company to give our family a bad name. Also , that Ian kid, stay away from him, I don't trust him or his father."

After a long "pep" talk it was only four more minutes until Leo make his way up here and drag me back to his car.

"And please, for my sake, don't get drunk!" I let out a laugh at his statement and my mom joined in.

I told him my last goodbyes as me and my mom laughed at his "manly" tears.

After putting the suitcases in the back we headed to the institute.

"Got everything?" Leo asked over the loud radio.

"Yeah thanks."

He nodded and focused on the road, it was 5:26 a.m it would make no sense staying up for another two hours, but immediately my eyes closed.

"Wake up we're soon there." Leo woke me up. The warm breeze filled the car as we raced down the streets. I took a stare outside the windows, the beautiful, tall palm trees greeted us as the streets was filled with people moving left and right.

We finally reached the car park at the institute.

"Right, so I'll go check us in and you can go unpack, I'll meet you at your place."

Leo said walking with me through the main doors.

The institute was massive, with students running around. I walked towards the front desk.

"Room 209 please." With that the Secretary turned and grabbed a key from the key holder and handed it to me. I thanked her and walked over to the elevator pressing the sixth floor button. The doors began to close but a foot stopped it. A petite female body entered the elevator smiling with glee.

"Hi, I'm Lola, can you help me find room 209?" She said.

I guess she was Lola the new roommate. She was gorgeous with blonde hair.
