"Ahaha, and later on that night I just stole his wallet and left. Poor thing!" Lola concluded, she's been running her mouth about stories of her one night stands.
Oscar's arm haven't left my shoulder for the entire night, but I wasn't complaining, more like rejoicing.
"I'm gonna get another drink." She got up.
"Don't you think you're a little too drunk." I told her as she was about to head to the bar, she turned on her heels and gave me a death glare.
"Don't you think you're a little too sober?" She headed back leaving me with no time to talk back.
"Hey, look, there's Mr.DiCaprio." Ian pointed out to Leo. My eyes went into slits as I saw him dancing with Rachel.
"Something wrong?" Oscar asked. I completely forgot he was there.
"Um, yeah." I took the last sip of my drink whilst Lola approached with more. She refiled our cups to the top.
"Drink up my buddies." She yelled.
I pushed the cup back, remembering that I would be the one behind the wheel tonight. I haven't drove a car since my driving test, which I passed. Even though my family was super rich, a car was never on my wish list.
"You guys ready to leave?" I took a look at my phone which had 2:04 a.m on it, i'm pretty sure we all had morning classes in a few hours and it wouldn't be nice if Lola had a fit on the teacher. They nodded and we all got up from our seats.
The cold air hit my bare stomach as we exited the club. I practically raced over to Lola's car in rush of coming out of this outfit.
"Keys." I demanded. Lola threw the keys my way that landed in my hands perfectly.
Lets hope that I was use to her car.
"Okay, wheels, check. Lights, check-"
"Just start the damn car, Dash!" Lola boomed getting frustrated.
"Patient much." I muttered while putting the key in the ignition.
~~
"You guys should totally come in." Ian suggested as I parked in front of their apartment.
"Yes! Why should the party stop now? Lets go!!" Lola answered sounding like a five year old on a sugar rush.
"Dash and I will be upstairs." Oscar announced after unlocking the front door. Lola send me a wink, as I looked at her for a response. Why did we have to be isolated from everyone else. I walked up the stairs with him guiding me, we entered what I assumed was his room. Being the 'nice' girl that I am I closed the door behind me, turning around to feel a hard body knock me against the door. His body was on mine and we were a couple inches from each other's face. His breath fanned my lips softly, giving me goosebumps.
"I want to kiss you, so fucking badly." He whispered, his hand placed on each side of my face, with no where to escape.
I took a huge gulp, not knowing how to respond to something like that. I wanted him to kiss me too but right now seemed like a bad time. We stared into each others eyes, until finally his lips crashed onto mines. My arms wrapped around his neck almost instantly, gripping on his hair whilst he moaned.
My knees now wobbly, I was putting all my strength not to stop, and I didn't. It felt like more than an hour when it was probably only three minutes of kissing. We departed and started our heavy breathing.
"Wow." I breathed.
"DASH! GET YOUR ASS DOWN HERE, WE'RE LEAVING." Leave it to my bestfriend to ruin the moment.
"I'll see you later." I waved and went to open the door, but being stop by a hand tugging on my wrist. I spun on my heels, and we stared at each other again. He kissed me one last time and I left. My heart probably was running marathons throughout that whole session.
"Took you long enough. Now lets go, I have classes soon." Lola grabbed my hand and dragged me to the car.
~~~~
"I mean, it didn't mean anything." I concluded, from telling Lola what happened between me and Oscar.
"OMAGOSH!! I KNEW IT! YOU LIKE OSCAR!!" She yelled throughout the whole cafeteria.
"SHHHH"
I haven't made any eye contact with Oscar since classes had start, I guess it would be to awkward if I did.
"Shut up, everyone is staring." I glared at her. She took a brief look around the room and stood up.
"MIND YOUR OWN DAMN BUSINESS PLEASE. IF YOU CAN'T, I RECOMMEND YOU GET A JOB AS A NEWS REPORTER OR PAPARAZZI!"
Everyone mouths were agape at her announcement, but with fear they quickly snapped their heads to their foods as if it was the most interesting thing on the planet.
"You definitely have to talk to him." She said, it was like nothing had just happened.
"Um, no. That would just be...weird."
"No it wouldn't, think of it as a one night stand type of thing." Her comparison was making the situation weirder.
"No thanks, I think i'll just stick to ignoring him for a while."
"Whatever, you're going to have to talk to him sooner or later." She was right, I couldn't ignore any physical contact with him, that would be like finding hay in the needle stalk.
