"Dr.Webber rejected my mother's cookies." Jackson comes into the attending's lounge, placing the tin of cookies in front of Solace.

"That sounds dirty." Alex comments

Solace perks up, reaching out to open the tin, "Oh, cookies!"

"She's worried about him. She wants me to assess his mood. She thinks he's depressed." Jackson sits in the chair next to Solace's, smiling as he looks over to her, "You just had the cookies we had at home."

"I know." Solace mumbles, getting another cookie, "But I ate them all."

Jackson shakes his head at the girl, "Okay, honey. Have all the cookies you want."

"When do you find out if the gremlin is a boy or girl?" Cristina reaches for a cookie, looking at Solace.

Solace scrunches up her face, "Don't call my baby a gremlin."

"Okay." Cristina waves her hand, "My godchild."

"Who made you godmother?" Jackson questions her.

Cristina shrugs, "I did."

"Not how that works."

Solace rolls her eyes, ignoring them and answering the questions, "Our appointment is tonight." She stands, grabbing another cookie and kissing Jackson on his cheek, "I'll see you later, yeah?"

"Love you." He calls out as she leaves the room.

Callie runs into the court room, "Did I miss it? Damn it. I'm sorry. I got out of the O.R. as fast as I could, but I didn't think it was gonna happen today." She looks at everyone's faces, "Oh, god. Was it bad?"

Meredith shakes her head.

Callie straightens up at that, "It wasn't?"

"We won." Arizona tells her.

"He said the airline company had a history of mechanical problems with the plane. It was in public record, and the hospital should've known." Derek explains.

Meredith sighs, "He found the hospital negligent."

"So we won." Callie smiles, "When's he gonna tell us about the award? I mean... I hate to be all about the money—"

"He already did." Cristina rolls her eyes, interrupting her.

"He's giving us $15 million." Arizona supplies, "Each."

The lawyer steps up to the doctors to explain and answer any questions they may have, Meredith speaking first, "So what happens now? The hospital hands us each a check of $15 million dollars?"

"Oh, well, their insurance company does, and it'll probably take some times to get through all the bureaucratic rigmarole, but, yeah." The lawyer nods, "Pending appeal, the insurance company will issue each of you a big check."
