In oncology, when a normal cell changes into something malignant, it's called cellular transformation. The damn cells turn toxic right in front of your eyes. So as far as I'm concerned... Transformation sucks.
"Who are your stalkers?" Meredith questions Alex while the attending stand by the Nurses station.
"Oh, uh, the new guys." Alex explains. "They're looking for a hospital show pony— a face for the brochure."
"Yeah, Karev's my competition." Jackson comments.
Solace doesn't look up from her tablet when she says, "Not much of a competition." Jackson smirks at her, leaning over to kiss her cheek quickly.
"Bite me, pretty boy." Alex scoffs.
"And why are there no women in the running?" Meredith asks.
Cristina shrugs, "Oh, there was. I turned them down. This facd only goes on the nobel brochure."
Everyone laughs, Solace nods, "I told them it was too creepy. I don't need people having a pamphlet with my face on it, smells trouble."
The group is interrupted by Cahill walking up with the 'buyers' behind her, "And here we have a fully centralized electronic records system. Everything you need to know about any client at anytime. Smart, streamlined, efficient—"
"Oh, efficient." Meredith sarcastically smiles, "It would be more efficient if it didn't keep deleting my patients."
"I've lost 5 patients in the last 2 hours." Solace grumbles. She looks up to Jackson, pouting. The man rolls his eyes at her, reaching out for the tablet, making the girl smile "I'll fill them back in."

Solace gets a page from Jackson down to the ER. She walks up to the now dark and closed portion of the hospital, seeing Meredith fighting with Wilson who is standing in front of the door.
"Well, you're not my attending today, so—"
"Wilson." Solace demands, making the younger girl swallow, "Open the damn door. Now."
"I can't." Wilson shakes her head.
"Why the hell not?"
Meredith raises a brow, "Don't make us force you."
"I'd like to see you try." Wilson shrugs.
The door opens behind her, Jackson sticking his head out, "Hey, Jo, it's okay. I paged them. They're cool."
Wilson immediately steps away from the two women, "I hope you understand. I would never ordinarily speak to either of you that way and I look forward to working on each of your services again soon."
"How can I help?" Meredith questions Jackson.
Solace looks between them, "I'd just like to know what's going on."
