Solace grumbles as she's jolted awake by the phone ringing, reaching out across the bed to try and tap Jackson awake. You would think, being on leave for the last 9 weeks, the two doctors would have learned a proper sleep schedule at this point.
But your thought would be wrong.
Solace and Jackson are both more tired now than their year as interns. Who would have thought a small little baby would be able to destroy their parents in just a matter of weeks.
But, the two doctors are so in love with the small bundle of joy, they don't mind the sleep deprivation one bit. Until they're getting woken up by the sound of a phone ringing than the baby crying.
"Jackson." Solace grumbles as the phone rings again.
Said man moans as he gets up out of bed, "We still have 3 weeks of leave."
Solace makes some sound of agreement while she falls back to sleep, Jackson answering the phone with a harsh, "What is it?"
Solace can't hear the other person on the phone, but she can hear Jackson, and the change in his tone makes her lift her head, looking over to the man.
"We'll be right in." Jackson hangs up the phone, looking to Solace, "We gotta go."
"What?" Solace questions, sitting up fully, "Why? Whats wrong?"
"Not entirely sure." Jackson tells her, grabbing clothes to change into, "That was Hunt, he said he would explain fully when we get there but that its a 'all hands on deck' board type problem."
He walks over to the girl who is still sleepily sitting on the bed, watching him and trying to catch her brain up, leaning down to kiss her cheek and hand her clothes to change into, "I'll get Fin ready."
Solace sighs, putting on the shirt Jackson had handed her and getting ready herself.
This isn't going to be good

It's not good.
Solace and Jackson were informed of the problem by Hunt when they arrived, and are now in the board room with everyone else as Webber updates them.
"I just operated on the third." He sighs, "He's hypotensive and still pretty unstable."
"Once Murphy's identified all her patients for the day then we'll get them in here, make sure no one else is infected."
Jackson nods, "We're gonna need to make some kind of statement."
"Before this gets out there on it's own." Derek agrees with him.
Bailey walks into the room, "The first patient, Joyce Basche, She didn't make it. I thought the surgery would get rid of the infection, but..."
Solace looks over to Jackson, a forlorn look on her face, "We need to get cultures on the other two right away. And we need to make sure we're using the right antibiotics so that this doesn't get out of control."
