Staring up at the seemingly endless ceiling with seemingly endless threads, you waved you feet up in the air, kicking them back and fourth as you watched the strings slightly move every now and then. Tv static and other confusing noises were the only thing that sounded the area, and the noises came from, who you'd like to call, your friend. He was busy though, and bothering him was a big no as he could kick you out any second of the day he wanted. And he has on multiple occasions.
You watched as the strings moved once again, revealing the little dolls strung up. You plant your feet onto the white floor, making a loud noise which slightly startled the glitching monster behind you. He only groaned and rolled his eyes at this, still wondering why he agreed to let you ever stay with him.
"Who are you making this time, Error?" You pondered, staring up at the dolls. Did you know any of these people? No, but you couldn't care less, as they already served no purpose in your life. The only ones you know are Ink, Dream, Nightmare and Sans. Error told you to memorize them in case you're in trouble.
"One of Inks stupid friends..." Error glitched out a response, stabbing the cloths aggressively as he tried to blend the white with black. You stood up abruptly before marching your way to him. You sat a good distance away from him, maybe 8 feet if you wanted accuracy, and watched as he fumbled a little with the needle. He was rusty.
You kept looking around the anti-void, even though you knew what it was full of. Completely nothing. Not that you didn't mind, it was way better than not having anywhere to live, but sometimes you wished that the place had a little more than loose strings hanging on the ceiling, holding puppets, souls and other various objects.
The space was infinite, yet Error was able to control how far it goes. You sometimes like to walk off, so Error would simply shrink the Anti-Void so you would always end up back with him. He didn't care if you got lost in the Anti-Void, he just didn't want to not see your eventual death if you got lost. Plus, someone could easily find you in the open parts of the void, that's where most rifts end up leading to.
He had noticed himself zoned out, before shaking his head and let the glitches around him slowly flicker away before placing themselves back on him as he eventually stilled himself. He turned to look at you, to see if you had gone for a run. You often ran around, pretending to be something you're not, but in a quiet way to not bother him. He was grateful for that.
When he didn't see you 8 feet away from him, his head tilted up to the ceiling. Maybe you decided to climb yourself up into the strings. It's where the two of you slept after all, though on way opposite ends. You always shouted goodnight to him because of this. Or, maybe you were practicing moving on his strings.
Error has told you a multitude of times that one day, you will have to fight either with him, or by yourself. Because of this, he wanted you to figure out how to balance on his strings, using them as platforms in a sense. You could easily type-rope them if you wanted to, maybe do a cartwheel or a back bend on them, without falling off the string. He wasn't worried about that, though, he knew you knew how to balance yourself well enough, what he meant was jumping from each string and being flung into the air at random times.
He heard the shuffle of your feet slightly behind him, making him sigh before looking back down to the black and white doll. He did just that, he used one of his many strings and snatched your ankle, tossing you into the air before letting some strings randomize underneath you. You flung your arms in the air before bending slightly backwards, placing your palms on one of the strings before pushing your self to another, balancing as best as you could.
