Rishit let out a deep sigh and looked around the small coffee house. His eyes kept moving to the door now and then. He would check his watch every second while feeling restless. "Did she ditch me?" He muttered and bit his lips in nervousness as he checked his mobile once.

The door got pushed when he was thinking of calling her and he moved his eyes in that direction immediately. He sighed in relief to see her walk through the door.

She wore a beautiful grey maxi dress that held a front slit. She adjusted her hair while taking out the shades and walked toward him. His eyes stayed glued to her as he refused to look anywhere else.

She kept her bag on the side chair and got settled before him while giving an apologetic smile. He smiled back and gulped the water kept in front.

Her eyes moved with his every action and she smiled again awkwardly when he put the empty glass back on the table. "I thought you changed your mind and thought of ditching me," he said.

She chuckled before speaking, "Sorry... I was stuck in traffic."

"Actually, I left the house pretty late too. So sorry again for making you wait," She added. He adjusted in the seat and shook his head gently.

"It's fine. I am ready to wait... Just make sure to come," he said while talking her off-guard. Her eyes moved down on the table as she bit her lower lip in nervousness.

She had decided to try this out. Her parents were already in love with him and his family. Despite being one of the best in business, they held down to earth attitude which got Bakshis attracted to them.

She liked Rishit during their first meeting as well and that's why she thought of giving it a chance so she won't regret it later on.

"I wanted to... Clear a few things if you don't mind," she started after a brief pause between them. He gave her a silent nod.
