Oolong and Puar lounge outside the Kame house on a beautiful spring day, arguing. "C'mon Oolong don't be ridiculous," Puar said as he rolled his eyes at the mischievous pig. "I'm serious Puar, I saw lighting hit that island over there," Oolong pleaded. They continued like this for another ten minutes or so, until the turtle hermit himself threw open the door from inside the house. "Quiet you two, don't you know I'm busy?" He yelled, panting. The two looked at Master Roshi in disbelief, knowing very well what he was busy doing. "Oolong thinks he saw lighting hit that island over there," Puar finally broke the silence. "Hey, I don't think I saw it. I know what I saw," Oolong defended. "But there's not even a cloud in the sky," Puar taunted back to frustrate the stubborn pig. "Hey hey," Roshi pipped in, "why don't you two go investigate," he said with intent to get them off his island. "Then maybe I'll get some peace and quiet around here," Roshi added quietly under his breath. It was settled. Puar wanted to prove Oolong wrong, and Oolong wanted to be right for once. They hopped in a small rowboat and headed towards the nearby deserted island.
The two rowed to the island, arguing all the way of course. "Ok Oolong, if you say you saw the lighting show me where you think it hit the island," Puar taunted. "Well let's see. It looked like it was more on this side..." he trails off heading east. "No no, it was this side..." again heading west this time. "C'mon Oolong, just admit it. You were-," Puar stops in his tracks. Why is there a person on this deserted island? How did they get here? Why are they lying down in the sand? "Oolong," Puar calls quietly. "Alright alright fine," Oolong says giving up as he walks with his head down and hands in his pockets back to Puar. "I guess you win-," Oolong sees it too. The two look at each other, confused. "Do- do you think she's dead?" Oolong asked with a shaky voice. They slowly approach, to see if she's breathing. "Whew," they both sigh in relief. She is alive- but what do they do now? They can't just leave her there, I mean there's no boat or transportation, and the poor thing doesn't even have shoes on!
They try to wake the strange girl, but nothing happens so they decide to take her back to Roshi's island. At least she can stay there until she wakes up, they thought. So that's what they do. Back to the turtle hermit!
