"Ugh you and him would be so cute as a couple!" Your friend said after he said his goodbyes and went off with his own friends. By couple she meant you and your best friend and by him she meant your best friend Liam.

You had been friends since he was transferred to Beacon Hills, he even came up to you once saying "Y/N you know you are my best friend right?" Of course you responded by telling him the same thing. "Ugh and I told you we are just friends nothing is going to happen between us, besides I wouldn't want to ruin our friendship if we ever did date" but that was a lie you honestly did think about begin in a relationship with him and if was kinda obvious that he did like you to, but before you could finish your thoughts the bell had rang and class had begun.

"Good morning class hope you all had a good weekend" your teacher said giving you all a smile which you tried to return but you were in school and there weren't much smiles there. "So today I'll be putting you guys into groups of two to work on a project" the class groaned it annoyance when ever the teacher picks groups you know it's going to be bad "anyway let's get down to business" he said clapping his hands and began to call out names.

The names began to dwindle your friends all had been called and paired up so you knew you were either going to be put with someone who does no work or all the work or Liam.

"Y/N and Liam" your teacher called out

"Of course"

turing your head to the boy you have him a smile which he returned you could practically hear your best friend screeching inside her head about how cute you two were.

After class you met up with Liam to discuss what the plans were you ended up deicing to met up at your house after his Lacrosse practice.

"It's coming along pretty well you said spinning around in your spinny chair facing Liam who was currently sitting on your bed highlighting information, you got up and walked over to him reading over his shoulder. He chuckled after a moment. "What?" You asked raising an eyebrow at him. "Your hair it's kinda in my way" he said, quickly you moved it away from him "Sorry about that."

He shook his head "don't be its fine" he said facing you giving you a warm smile which you returned. It was quite for a few minutes between both of you neither of you breaking eye contact then without thinking you quickly leaned in kissing him.

His lips were warm slightly chapped but warm, you broke apart "I um..." He cleared his throat "Y/A what....what was that for?" He asked quietly

You stayed quite "I guess I was....,I was just done waiting for you to make a move I mean it's kinda obvious-" he cut you off by kissing you back

"I'm done waiting to."
