I was about to update at 8 but my frnd called and boom- I asked my best frnd to join. Even when the frnd left, my best frnd and I didn't seem like leaving.

But anyway-

"You look so cute in this picture" Drishti started pulling Rakshit's shirt to show him the post where her fans were pulling him towards Drishti.

"I look horrible" Rakshit sighed at his expressions in the picture.

"Not so horrible" she told him. Climbing on his back she wrapped her arms around his shoulders and showed hi. The photographs some people had posted. "Look! We are trending! #Drikshit and #Mr.AndMrs.Shergill isn't that adorable?"

"Yup, a lot" he replied. Sitting on the corner of the bed with his wife almost trying to push him from the bed by her weight, he took out his phone to pick a call from the office. "Hello?"

"You are buffalo" she giggled.

Rakshit glared at her that made her quiet. She was still sitting with her arms around him and he too didn't ask her to leave him. Drishti tried understanding what he was telling the person over the phone but it was out of her understanding level.

Business talks.

"Ok done" he cut the call and looked at Drishti who had connected their cheeks together and rubbing hers against his to feel his beard. "And what's wrong with you?"

"Nothing" she replied and rubbed her cheek hardhly against his. He liked the feeling of her skin against it though, her arms around him, her right leg wrapping around his waist. "You saw that video in which you saved me from falling?"

"Maybe"

"That one's my favorite" she told him.

"Okay"

"Just okay?"

"What am I supposed to say? Jump in excitement and yell that we are trending on instagram or Twitter or whatever" he raised his brows at her as she regretted marrying him because of his low level excitement.

"I am divorcing you right now"

"Wow!! We are trending Mrs. Shergill. Yeee!" He stood up and jumped around to show fake excitement that made Drishti laugh "Is that okay for you?"

"Yeah" she held his hand shyly as he stood neutral in front of her and sat with her legs tucked under her.

His breath hitched seeing her looking innocently at him with the hairs of her face falling in front of her eyes. Pulling his hand out of her grip, he gently moved it over her forehead and traveled down to cup her face, rubbibg her cheeks. She tried moving her face down in a crimson blush but he pulled it upwards to make her look at him that made her nervous.

"Can you sit beside me?" She asked him hesitantly

"Yeah" he replied and sat beside her. Drishti moved a little towards him and and placed her hands on his shoulder. She smiled calmly at him while he stared into her eyes collecting the peace they held.

She took baby steps to get closer to him and he didn't seem to mind it. Placing her head on his shoulder she crept closer and wrapped her arms around his waist. He kept sitting there without any sort of feeling- neither love nor dislike.

For him her actions were comforting. Every move of hers, every talk of hers, every single thing about her seemed to calm his nerves now. He was still mad at Romi but Drishti had helped him keep his mind off him.

"You know" she whispered "I've always wished that I had someone to talk to. Even if you don't reply back- you listen. Thank you for that" her lips rest on his cheek for some time as a thank you. He smiled at her act and took her in his embrace.

"I never wanted anyone who talks this much. But you came. I hate that though" she hit his shoulder and frowned. "Truth is bitter" Rakshit shrugged his shoulders and rubbed her back seeing her getting mad.

"Random question- How much do you weigh?" Blinking her eyes twice at him she folded her hands and held them in her lap.

Ŕakshit made a thoughtful face and stood from the bed. Seeing him Drishti stood in front of him but still on the bed. "70?"

"You're asking me?"

"I don't know. How much do YOU weigh? A thousand pounds?"

"Hey! I am as light as a feather!" She kept her hands on her hips and angrily looked at him.

"Lets see" he smirked.

Rakshit pulled her into to his arms and picked her in bridal style. He twirled her around and changed his standing positions in between. Her laughter filled his silent room, his name from her mouth echoed like it was the sweetest thing ever heard, her hands holding onto his neck for support in a way that told him she trusted him.

"Oh you are light" he stopped but didn't put her down. "I'm afraid you'll get carried away by the air"

Even if his attempt at joking wasn't that much if a success, he tried and that made her laugh. Seeing the laughter Rakshiy felt something soothing inside his heart. He knew he had someone who would love him and be nothing but good to him no matter how rude he was. His dadi loved him- but he was gentle to her. So it seemed nearly impossible for any other person to even like him as a man.

And here she was. Laughing with him, trying to make him calm when he needed it. Maybe she was in his life before he and Romi would have been close.

The truth between Romi and Rakshit was that they barely talked. On small fights they expected the other to apologize or at least initiate a conversation so that the matter got buried. But the ego problems between them made none talk.

That fueled their hatred with some minor events.

Drishti was put on the floor carefully when she thought of telling him about her abusive mother who only thought of Divya and her father who would do anything for Divya but not her.

"Rakshit?"

"Yeah" he replied.

She thought for a minute before coming to a conclusion that it was best if her matter waited. She needed him to love her not sympathize with her. "You're rude"

"That's you again" he tossed his eyes before taking Drishti in for a hug. "And you're stupid"
