Is he a bad man? To want justice in this way? To satisfy himself, Eren don't know and frankly he doesn't care either because it brought satisfaction towards him and that's the important thing for him. To this time, his heart is finally satisfied , he had given him what he deserve and he soared him and let him leave , to repent maybe, it doesn't matter because he doesn't care, its enough for him to bring him pain like that.

He heard Grisha screamed like a girl from where he is, Eren sigh, there's nothing he should be screaming about really, it's just full of venomous snake in there? See, nothing to be afraid off. Eren sat on the barrel when his mother finally came out of the door and looking around, she stop on her tracks when she finally saw her son.

Eren look at her, she's bony and pale and Eren doesn't know what to do with that clearly she couldn't force herself to eat much food as it will be bad for her health and Eren doesn't want that. Eren stood up to look at his mother and let her sit on where he is previously sitting on. He took a deep breath.

"Mother, I told you to stay in the room didn't I?"

" Yes but I feel quiet sad in there, to only stay on the room felt like staying in the dungeon too. "
Eren didn't say anything, he listened to his mother as she spoke. He misses the way she talks, the caring soft voice of hers that brought him good things during earlier of his childhood when his mother is not taken away from him.

"Mother, if I take away a life for you, Would you be angry with me?" Eren suddenly ask, so Carla stop talking to process what he just said then look at him as if he was insane.

Carla pressed her lips together.
" I wouldn't be happy if you did Eren, as a mother, I don't want my child's hand to be stained with blood. "

Too late , Grisha's probably dead by this time.

Eren nodded his head as he look at the door leading to the cell.
" Would you like to see father again ? "

Carla look at him with a shock expression. She still want to see him, he thought. Carla shakes her head as she look at him.

"No, no, I don't think so." She smiled , " I'm fine without seeing him ever again. "

The mother and son took a quiet moment, just observing each other, Carla's eyes travel to every scar on his body. "You are all grown up now and I don't know anything about you." She says awkwardly , Eren just listened to her and nodded. He did changed but all of those make him stronger and having no parental guidance in his whole life, being left to die, scavenging on dirty islands just to live, Eren Kruger raised him in those condition until he finally rose to power when Kruger revealed to him what he is, entered the Circle of pirates and conquered them completely, he left them to crumble down. Been with concubines in his life, until he met her, he wanted to kill her at first but he ended up loving her.

Was she his salvation? No, I dont think so but she help him realized some things and although she didn't erased the desire to take revenge in his heart, she lessen it but looking at what he had done right now, the light feeling inside of him after he had done that , he felt peace and happiness for the third time around.

First, when he was with his mother during his childhood before she's taken away from him and forced him into darkness, Second, when he stayed with all those people as they struggled to live together, and finally, when he met her and he felt complete.
