The episode begins with Anne and Sub-Zero and the Plantar crossing a dark path at night
Hop Pop: All right, kids! We're about to hit the Dry Swamp.
He offers her a water canteen
Hop Pop: Here, Girls. You're gonna wanna hydrate.
Anne: That's okay, dude. It's still a swamp.
They snaps
Sub-Zero: So, how dry could it be...
The next day...
They dried out
Anne/Sub-Zero: Gimme that stuff!
They takes the canteen while Sprig still has it
Sprig: Whee!
He chuckles
Hop Pop: Welcome to the Dry Swamp, Girls! Home to giant frog-eating sand worms. Bandits. Vagabonds. You'd know
He shows them a scroll
Hop Pop: if you'd ever read the classic play, "Fear the Dry Swamp".
While Polly complains
Anne: Oh, brother.
Sub-Zero: Here, we go again.
Sprig: He's gonna act.
He Starts acting dramatically as a spotlight appears on him
Hop Pop: "Hark. For I am homeless. I am friendless. I am the Dry Swamp."
the reflector disappear
Hop Pop: You know,
As he rolls up the scroll
Hop Pop: I was this close to getting the lead part once.
Sprig: You don't say...
Anne: Uh-huh.
Sub-Zero: Okay, I guess.
Hop Pop: Yep. Before I was a farm frog, your Hop Pop had dreams. Next life, I suppose.
Suddenly, a sand worm from the desert appears and pretends to attack them. Anne and Sub-Zero and the Plantar scream and escape, but the sand worm is hunting them down. An unknown riding a large fly appears
(???): Hey, you! Head towards that dune! We've got a caravan on the other side and this thing's spooked by numbers!
Hop Pop: What?
The unknown goes to a part and returns with a caravan surrounding Anne and Sub-Zero and the Plantar, in order to confuse the sand worm and leaves
Hop Pop: Yee-hay!
The unknown returns to earth
Hop Pop: Hey, thanks for your help out there.
(???): Don't mention it. You know, you folks really shouldn't be out here on your own. Haven't you ever read "Fear the Dry Swamp"?
Hop Pop: You know that play?
(???): Know it? Ha! I directed it!
She takes off her hood and reveals her caravan
(???): Renee Frodgers is the name and managing this acting troupe is my game.
Hop Pop: An acting troupe? Here?
Anne: Wow.
Sub-Zero: What are the chances.
Renee: Say, why don't you folks join our caravan? We could use extra stagehands and you know what they say: "Safety in numbers!"
