They have their backs turned when they go to bed. Jeno feels Jaemin's warm body like four inches away and swears at himself that he can't fall asleep when the human is clearly sleeping.

Jeno hears rare breathing from Jaemin, but all he feels himself is his abnormally beating heart. You see, it's Jeno's first time in someone's bed, actually sleeping. Usually, he uses it for other purposes and then returns to his own.

The bed itself is weird. Too soft, to be exact. Jeno tries to think that the bed is the reason that he can't close his eyes. But he knows that it's his head and his stupid powers, also his feelings for Jaemin. He can't even sleep when he knows that he could just turn around, sit and stare at the boy. Or even more. Steal a kiss or hug him.

Jeno tosses on his back as quietly as he could not wake up Jaemin. Then sighs. Starting at the ceiling, he tries to count sheep, but all the sheep are blue and wear pink pajamas with hearts.

Jeno wakes up. He yawns and notices that he has changed his position during his sleep – he's no longer at the end of the bed. Now he's lying next to Jaemin, backing the human into the very corner, squeezing and trapping him in there.

The half-demon panics as he looks at the sleeping boy who has to be uncomfortable. He moves away to give some space for the bed owner and sits up, ruffling his hair.

He's embarrassed, thinking about the bed as his. But that's what happened. He knows that some were in his sleep, he confused Jaemin's bed with his and did his usual routine – tossed on the side to face the wall. The thing is that he thought Jaemin was the wall.

Jeno sits like that for five minutes. He's now wide awake and is looking around the room. The boy's eyes get stuck on the photo wall as there are always things to admire. And so he does. For another five minutes until he notices Jaemin moving.

The human drops on his stomach and grunts. He then starts stretching, which looks very lazy, but Jeno finds it cute.

"Good morning," he says.

Jaemin doesn't reply. Instead, he buries his head into his pillow and moans.

It takes Jeno off guard, but he laughs again.

"You're clearly not a morning person. Should I make you a cup of coffee to get you back?"

Just by hearing the word, Jaemin moves. He lifts his head and turns it to Jeno. The boy's eyes are half-lidded and he looks like he's dying to sleep again.

"You would be my savior," Jaemin speaks in a husky morning voice which gives Jeno goosebumps.

He feels weird right away. No guy has ever made him react to their voices. Well, it looks like Renjun did something with those love potions and spells of his.

"Five shots, right?" Jeno asks and, at the same time, gets up.

"Mhm."

Jeno walks to the table and finds coffee right away – Jaemin has it placed so obviously. Maybe because it's his engine to go through the day.

The half-demon then struggles to find a cup only to see all of the cups are neatly lined near the window. Happy to find them, he walks to the bottles of water, which are lined up a bit on the floor. Jeno takes one and pours it into a coffee pot.

Waiting for the water to boil, he takes care of the five shots, although, he finds them unhealthy.

"Make something for yourself too."

"No, I'm good," Jeno looks over his shoulder. Jaemin is now sitting, obviously trying to wake up, but he still has his eyes closed.

Jeno waits for the coffee pot to turn off and then fills up the cup. He then walks to Jaemin and gives the cup to the boy, but the latter has his head low and seems to be taking a nap by still sitting. Jeno has to pat his shoulder to wake the human again, but this time Jaemin fully opens his eyes as he picks up the smell of coffee.

"You really have no energy," Jeno laughs at the boy's struggles.

"I really don't," Jaemin whines and gladly takes the cup. "Thanks for recharging me."

"It's like taking care of an android."

"Maybe..."

The silence occurs, but it's not awkward. Jeno uses it to admire how Jaemin takes the first sip of the coffee and closes his eyes, enjoying the effect.

"Pink looks good on you," Jeno says before he could even stop himself.

Jaemin opens his eyes right away.

"Y-You think?"

Jeno gets embarrassed for saying it out loud, but there's no way back.

"Yeah. The color of your pajama suits you."

"Oh really?" Jaemin chuckles as he pinches the fabric with his free hand. "The contrast between the way it looks and feels is different, though. I feel too hot in it."

Oh, right. Jaemin usually sleeps naked. When Jeno first heard that, he didn't know what to say. But now he kinda wants to become a ghost all of a sudden...

"I have to go now," Jeno almost stutters as he walks to gather his stuff.

"Already?"

"Yeah... I have a class to attend!" he lies, taking off the shorts Jaemin borrowed from him.

While doing that, he glances at the blue-haired boy. But, unlike other people Jeno has met, Jaemin's eyes are only on his face and never break eye contact.

"I'm taking the shorts with me, okay? I'll return them–"

"Nah, just leave them."

"Huh?"

"You can wear them next time," Jaemin adds quietly.
