Escargoon stared at the giant plate of tiny, dead snails, cooked and seasoned to the king's liking. The king, not noticing the giant snail's discomfort, munched down on his plate of escargot. When Dedede finished his fifth snail, he threw the shell at Escargoon.
"AH! Oh god, it looks so... lifeless," Escargoon said before gagging. "I'll be back Sire, nature calls," he said before promptly sprinting out of the room.
"What's his problem?" Dedede asked. Waddle Doo shrugged, though it looked more like putting his stubs-for-hands up in the air, and back to his sides.
Later that night, Escargoon dreamt that he was on a grill, and the king was trying to cook and eat him.
Needless to say, he didn't sleep much that night.
