Tiff was suddenly shaken awake at the library's table, an open book beneath her hand.
Fololo and Falala picked up the book as Tiff yawned and stretched.
"A book on how traffic law works?" Falala asked. "Is this about what happened earlier today after the festival?"
"I'm trying to figure out the whole 'license' thing. It just doesn't make any sense," Tiff groaned, reaching for the book Fololo and Falala held.
"Wait! It says here, '...and any license issued under a king's name is not necessary for his driving. He cannot give himself a license if he rules a kingdom, and no driving law applies to him. Haha, taek dat euped baw...' Okay, problem solved, let's go eat, Lady Like is calling us," Fololo said, dropping the book.
Falala squawked as she fell, still holding on to the book. "Ow! That hurt!"
"Sorry, Falala," Fololo said with a roll of his eyes, floating to the doors.
"That was the part I was about to read. I must have fallen asleep right before that sentence..." Tiff said as she picked up the book.
So it was concluded. Dedede didn't need a license.
