Love

Liam could hear Brett's heart speed up when he spoke his name.

"What?!" Hayden shrieked "no, you don't love him! You love ME! You left him for ME!"

Liam slowly walked over to where Hayden was "you wanna know a secret?"

"No! Stay away!" She screamed

Liam kept walking until he was right in front of her "I never loved you. I left him to trick you, it killed me to say those things to him" Liam grabbed her and dragged her closer to the light, but she was stronger.

"I don't think so little wolf" she hissed and showed her fangs. Hayden drove her head forward ready to bite but was stopped by a brutal punch to the stomach. She went flying into the sun and Scott leaped onto her holding her down as she screamed out in pain, eventually the screams died out and left a pile of ash.

Scott huffed as he turned around to face Liam and Brett. The two younger boys were facing each other, staring, neither one knew what to say.

"Well I leave you two to it then" Scott laughed awkwardly before sprinting off into the woods

"You didn't mean what you said?" Brett finally spoke

"No, I could never leave you Brett" Liam confirmed

"Well then" Brett smiled "what now?"

"Hmm I think you should take me on a date and we can forget this ever happened" Liam stated

"Oh no no, I think you should take me on a date, you scared the shit out of me. I thought I lost you" Brett chuckled

"You're such a big softy" Liam teased

"You know what, never mind. I have better things to be doing today. There's this girl I've been meaning to ask out" Brett turned away

"Hey! No way! I'll kill her! Who is she?" Liam Jogged to catch up

"Relax, I'm joking" Brett laughed

"It wasn't funny" Liam scowled

"You deserved it, for scaring me" Brett sighed

"So what are we eating?" Liam asked

"Always thinking about your stomach Dunbar" Brett shook his head

"Don't call me that" Liam growled

"Oh sorry. Baby" Brett corrected himself. Liam was a blushing mess and Brett just laughed at his adorable boyfriend.

"So do you want to invite your pack so we can explain what happened. I saw Lydia after you had yelled at me and she looked like the world had just ended" Brett continued to laugh

"No. I don't want to invite my pack" Liam said coldly

"What?" Brett stopped and looked at Liam with confusion

"I want to invite our pack. Your part of it now whether you like it or not" Liam said sassily as he walked off

"So your telling me that you broke up with Brett so you could trick Hayden into thinking you liked her so you could kill her?" Allison asked confusedly

"Exactly" Liam replied

"I can't tell if that's stupid or genius" Lydia said thoughtfully

"Let's go with genius" Liam smiled

The pack had gathered at Dereks loft (much to his annoyance, stiles had spent a long time convincing him and let's just say that stiles won't be walking for a while afterwards). No one quite understood what had happened, it all went so fast. They spent the night celebrating, no one knew what they were celebrating exactly but no one really cared either (except Derek). This is what the pack did, this was them in all their glory and all their weirdness. Scott and Isaac laughed together and occasionally kissed. Jackson and Danny sat in a corner with Lydia and Allison, the two girls observing everyone and Danny was trying to make Jackson less moody. Malia was lying on the floor staining at the ceiling (nobody knew why but also didn't question it). Derek was brooding in a corner waiting for everyone to leave so he could be alone with Stiles, Stiles himself was hanging off of Derek and complaining about how moody his boyfriend was being. Peter was there too, but no one really cared. And then there was Brett and Liam, the two just sat and enjoyed one another's company. This was the perfect pack.
