Alia's POV
"Out of my way."Nate's uncle's voice came as he pushed passed Libby. He knelt down by Nate looking at him. Libby and Nate's father began talking. Nate's uncle snapped at me. "Hey, look here, ignore everything else I need to know exactly what happened.""An ex boyfriend he-"
"I don't need the background just tell me what happened to Nate."
"They began fighting, he punched Nate I'm the eye and the stomach."
"How long was he conscience after the punch?"
"About ten minutes." I felt my hair being grabbed and I was pulled from the ground up on my feet. Nate's uncle stood up and pushed Nate's father whose grip was firm on my hair causing me to go with him.
"You let her go. She's not yours you have no right to touch her. There's two people passes out. No one needs you to make a fucking scene. I only have so many hands no clear the table and help me get Nate onto it." He let go of my hair and began clearing off the table.
"Will somebody please tell me what's going on?" Libby asked.
"Tommy, he showed up when Nate was dropping me off."
"Why was he hitting that woman who are all these people?"
"Umm..."
"Excuse me we were called about a Domestic disturbance in the household." An officer said leaning against the door frame. The other officer walked over to Mrs. Fisher and put his hand on her shoulder.
"Are you okay Ms?"
"She fine, don't touch her." Mr. Fisher said. "Get up come here." Delilah pushed herself up and made her way to her husband. He pulled her onto his lap and brushed her hair aside and kisses where he has struck her.
The cop from the door walked in adressing the whole room. "We're going to need a statement from all of you." Mr. Fisher stood.
"That won't be necessary officers."
"And you are?"
"I am Adrian Fisher."
"Well t.here are two people passed out, and a woman on the floor when we came in, a statement is definitely necessary."
"For the two boys passed out talk to the girl as for my wife all you need to know is highlighted here." Mr. Fisher pulled out a folded paper. The both looked it over. One cleared his throat and handed it back.
"Sorry I asked. No explaination needed."
"Explanation is needed." Libby said. "I come home to two passed out people one in my house another in my driveway, and this man hitting that woman. I was ignored and now I want to know what is going on."
"Ma'am please calm down." One of the officers said.
"Libby please." I said. "It's fine we need to get Nate to the hospital. Tommy and Nate were fighting. Tommy kissed me and Nate pushed him away. They were arguing when Tommy punched Nate. Nate went after him and knocked him out." Nate's uncle stood.
"I have a car coming for Nate. He seems to be fine. I'll look at the other kid, help me bring him in I'll need the light."
"If everything is settled then we will be on our way." The police man said. "If any of you wish to press changes you will need to come down and make a statment." The officers left. Mr. Fisher stood and walked over to Libby.
"Mrs. Mayfair I presume?" Libby nodded. "I'm sorry we met under such circumstances. You walked into a very heated moment and I am sorry you had to witness that. Nathaniel just got out of the hospital this afternoon, now he's going right back in. He's my son, I'm sure you can understand my frustration. I am terribly sorry."
