Nico di Angelo sat in his room, cuddling up against the very last person anyone would think, the human embodiment of the sun, Will fucking Solace. The teen he had met mere months ago from his World History and P.E classes, was holding him in his arms tightly while watching a Star Wars marathon. Nico had his arm hung over Will’s chest, Will wrapped his arms around the shorter, holding him as close as possible.

“That man does not look like a father,” Nico mumbled, tilting his head at the scene. Will laughed slightly, “At least not to that guy, he looks like a young Zac Efron who doesn’t know how hair gel works.”

Will let out an offended gasp, “You can insult Darth Vader but not Luke Skywalker! He was my gay awakening!” He exclaimed. Nico raised his eyebrows at him.

“That makes a lot of sense,” Nico said, holding back a laugh. Will’s mouth was agape, his eyebrows furrowed, staring at his boyfriend.

“Death Boy! That is so mean,” He said, dramatically turning his head to the side, but keeping his hands wrapped around Nico.

He smirked, reaching forward and tickling Will, who then suddenly tried pushing Nico away through a fit of laughter. He failed his escape, as Nico moved the laptop off Will and straddled him, tickling him all over, laughing alongside his sunshine, still tickling him with Wil’s hands loosely gripped on his wrists.

Nico stopped for a moment, admiring his boyfriend. Blonde hair slightly tousled, his orange shirt wrinkled, a large smile revealing pearly white teeth, and his eyes only slightly opened due to him laughing, small, barely noticeable freckles dusted his cheeks and nose, he seemed to glow under him.

On the other hand, Will looked up at Nico, his dark hair falling into his face as he looked down at him, brown eyes wide with joy and a large grin on his face, Will’s shirt that Nico had stolen and started wearing hungover, revealing his pasty shoulder, the small marks that Will had left just a few hours ago decorated his neck and collarbone.

   “You’re beautiful.”

   “You’re breath-taking.”

Somehow, both statements had come out at the same time. The two started laughing once more, smiling as Nico fell onto Will’s chest, leaning his chin up and looking at Will.

“I love you, Sunshine,” Nico said, the words seemed to fall out of his mouth, a symphony of words that meant more to Will than anything else.

“I love you, Death Boy,” Will said, staring into Nico’s eyes, emphasizing his words as best he could. Nico couldn’t fight the tug on his lips, pulling his lips into a smile.
