Kage Shirai- She comes from a large family of information type quirks. Kage's, having a large difference compared to her family's.
However, if one were to look into the Shirai family, the only thing they'd find is a small household, holding four women. One woman believed to be in their thirties, two in their twenties, and one a teenager. (The male side of the family isn't allowed to live with the women... It's a family thing. Another thing, the family didn't name their children until they gained their quirks. Just think if a child didn't obtain their quirk, they more than likely wouldn't have been named.)
Kage Shirai- Holds the most power within the female household. Kage is in her twenties, and so far, holds the best control over her abilities.
The group of women don't tend to leave the comfort of their home, only ever leaving to get groceries from nearby stores. Kage, on the other hand, tends to come and go as she pleases.
The family situation is some what difficult to explain. The family of four all have the same weakness of sorts. It's not quite a weakness, more so a genetic issue that formed along with their quirks. The issue being the body's ability to revert/regress to a younger form. The mind will stay the same, however the body will revert back to that of a child or younger form depending on age.
However, in some cases the body might just refuse to grow in it's entirety.
