"Speaking" 'Thinking'
Kage had been teaching them both basic first moves in different martial stances so the two could at the very least, get used to their hand eye coordination. All Might was a bit better at this considering all the years he had of practice, but still, compared to Midoriya, he was not a fast learner. All Might was the type to stumble over things and think that it'll be fine just as long as it gets to where it needs to be. That is not the case, if the movements are not smooth, then there will be no damage output. The attack power completely relies on how well the movement is made and how steady one is.
Kage on the other hand, when she showed them how to do it, it was like her body became a river, her movement was so smooth that it looked like she was dancing. It was honestly scary how good she was. As she taught Midoriya, he found his mind being incredibly clear, he'd never felt something like that before. His mind was always full of hundreds of different and for the most part, useless thoughts. Mostly about quirks, heroes, and such, but there was always something going through his mind. But as he did the moves and set all his mind on copying Kage's form perfectly, his mind was clear like the flow of a tiny river.
"Good Midoriya, you're getting the hang of it. Yagi-san though, you need to stop cutting corners. You'll get nowhere that way, this method is modified so that your body can handle it without having too much pressure on your muscles. Meaning that no matter how many times you copy this move you won't receive any kind of backlash after, but that is only if you follow my instructions properly." Kage told the two. Toshinori was still upset about his own movements. He didn't understand how these weird moves connected. They all felt strange for his body. Not bad, but just..., strange. It made his body move in a flow rather then a jolt of motion that he'd usually use for each attack.
Kage groaned at the man's reluctance and went over to personally help him. She made him get into the starting position again. She walked him through the flow of each motion that she'd been talking about. Kage grabbed his arm and placed it in the proper spot, rather than let him be sluggish, she forced him into the proper form. "Like this, if you keep letting yourself cut corners, you're actually going to end up hurting yourself." Kage sighed. Yagi still couldn't understand what she was so worried about, they were just simple movements, what's so bad about messing them up.
Kage walked the man through the movements a couple more times before he finally got the reason why he shouldn't cut corners. He discovered the reason after nearly tearing a muscle in his bicep from what he had thought was a simple move. Kage only laughed at him as he hunched over in pain. "Now do you understand why we don't cut corners in my class?" Kage asked the skeleton as she looked down on him.
"Yeah yeah..., I understand... damn that hurts..." Yagi whined. Midoriya smirked as he listened to All Might complain. He'd been doing exactly as she'd taught him to for a while. Everything became rather easy as he kept doing the same motions. His mind felt clearer than ever, almost like meditation..., if he could focus while meditating. He'd have to use martial arts training as a form of clearing his mind in the future. Which is exactly what Kage taught him this form for. It was something that couldn't overexert his body like all the training he would have been doing if he was just alone with skelemight here...
Kage cringed at the thought, this guys version of getting stronger, was just torturing the body in far more ways than one. The thought that she was willing to allow the boy to go down that path sat heavy in her mind, how could her morals have fallen so low...
As Kage watched the two practice their movements, she felt kind of proud. The old man wasn't even cutting corners any more. He'd learned his lesson, and that was exactly what Kage had been waiting for. As she watched the two practice, she decided to shift back into her younger form. As she was shifting into her form, she happily watched as the both of them continued the movements without even getting distracted by her glowing form. She couldn't be more happy with Midoriya's development and this was only the beginning.
As Kage was thinking this, she flinched quite roughly when the door behind her slammed open. Kage's body froze and she completely stiffened. "Wow, chill, it's just me..." Bakugou walked in like he owned the place. "What the hell's going on in here...?" Bakugou asked. Midoriya hadn't even noticed that Bakugou had walked in, he was too focused on his training.
"I- I was..., teaching them..., a martial arts style... that fits their bodies..." Kage stuttered out. Damn her stupid teenage fears... Bakugou glanced at her frozen form and frowned. He crossed his arms and waited for her to calm down. He'd really have to learn how to stop startling her. Not only that, Kage could have sworn that she'd locked the door... maybe not...
"..., Hey..., why don't you teach me too?" Bakugou asked. Kage's interest was peaked at that. She felt her body calm down a bit as she thought it over. On one hand, that might be a bad idea considering he's rude to Midoriya and may use those moves to hurt him. But on the other hand, she may be able to teach the boy some damn sense instead of letting him slip further into his ego while he grows up.
"..., I can't train you..., but, I can give you some pointers." Kage told him. Bakugou looked at her like she was dumb for a moment.
"The hell does that even mean?" Bakugou questioned the girl.
"It means that I've already got my hands full with my student, there's no point in taking in another if the first one's already taking up most of my time." Kage told him.
"Student..., that damn nerd is your student!?" Bakugou shouted. His shout seemed to get through to Midoriya as he'd accidentally screwed up one of his moves.
"Wah!? Kacchan! What are you doing here!?" Midoriya questioned. Bakugou looked at Midoriya like he was an idiot for not realizing he was there.
"Why the hell would you chose this Deku over me! You can clearly tell that I'm better than him." Bakugou asked her.
"What's the point in taking you in as a student when I can't even look at you." Kage told him. That got Bakugou thinking for a moment. It was true, she still couldn't even look at him without freezing up. How would she be able to teach him properly, let alone be around him longer than she had to.
