"Speaking" 'Thinking'

The car pulled up to Bakugou's house and the two hesitantly stepped out. As both walked up to the door, Kage flinched as Bakugou's mother threw the door open. Literally threw it open...

"Ah..., Hello? You must be Bakugou's mother." Kage spoke. Bakugou straight up scowled at her words and looked at his mother with anger.

"Ah..., I'm sorry I didn't know that my son was bringing anyone home with him..." Mitsuki told her as she shot a glare at her son. "Um..., please..., come inside." She glowered.

"Thank you, actually I have a few things I'd like to talk to you about, it involves young Katsuki here." Kage motioned for the boy. Said boy, once again scowled and made his way into the house.

"Ah. Yeah. I'll have my husband make some tea while we speak." Mitsuki told her as she ushered the woman into the house. Kage noticed that Bakugou had run off into his room. After a moment though, he'd come running back downstairs.

He took the seat right next to her and crossed his arms. Kage let out a small sigh at the boy's actions. 'Well it's nice to see that he's the same at home at least...' Kage thought to herself. She placed a hand on the boy's head to calm him down. Bakugou simply clicked his tongue and looked towards his mother.

"My names Kage." Kage told the woman as she looked at the two of them skeptically. She reached out her hand and shook Kage's. "I'm actually here to talk about your son."

"Did the damn brat get in trouble again!" Mitsuki growled out. Katsuki flinched at her words and looked up to Kage for any kind of reaction. Kage held a disappointed look as she looked at his mother. He felt himself shrink at the sight of it. Once again, Kage patted the boy on the head to make him understand that she wasn't disappointed in him.

"Actually, I'm here to ask to take him on as my student. I'm planning on training him to become a good hero." Kage told the woman. You could see the bewilderment on the woman's face. Like she'd done something she shouldn't have.

"Oh..., Sorry for being rude." Mitsuki tried to recover her image. "Why exactly are you trying to take Katsuki as your student." Mitsuki asked. She truly wanted to know how someone could put up with his angry nature.

"He's a good kid, though he's rough around the edges, I can fix that as we go. I believe that he has a good future ahead of him if he can get a good trainer." Kage told the woman. She truly thought that the kid had at least some good in him. He had to, he was always trying to get close to her and make her more comfortable around him when she's in her fourteen year-old form.

"Katsuki..., a good kid..." Mitsuki huffed out. "You're a real weird one lady, but if you really want to take that brat and train him. Go all out. Take his stuff with you too while you're at it."

Kage's eyes widened at her words. She could feel Katsuki start to shake as well. Kage internally groaned and looked towards the boy. He looked up at her in disbelief as well. He never imagined that his mother would actually kick him out. And his father wouldn't even say anything, he's too much of a pushover. It's a surprise that they're even still together...

Kage placed a hand on Katsuki's shoulder and squeezed. She wanted to know what he had planned. "Mrs. Bakugou, what you're saying...

"I'm not kidding. I've wanted that kid gone since the day he got that damned quirk of his." Mitsuki told them. Kage felt physically sick by her words. How the hell could she say such things in front of her own kid. Kage turned towards the boy and noticed that he was staring up at her with clear shock, fear settled in his eyes. He was in denial and complete disbelief. He had no idea what he was supposed to do now. All this happened..., just because he wanted to become a hero...

"Katsuki..., I can take you in... Is that what you want?" Kage asked the boy. Bakugou's eyes widened in surprise. Like he wasn't expecting her to continue on with this. Mitsuki smirked in success. She'd been looking for a way to legally get rid of him for years now. He gets in the way of just about anything she does, always having to be the center of attention, to the point she can't even get her own husband to look at her anymore.

" However, Mrs. Bakugou, I hope you understand that I'll have to take you to court in order to take him in. You understand that, right?" Kage asked the woman. Mitsuki wasn't fazed in the slightest and simply smirked.

"Of course, anything to get him out of here." She told him. Bakugou felt like he was about to vomit. She's actually going through with this. He felt Kage try to comfort him. She's literally only known him for what..., two days. Not only that, he was always so rude to her, yet here she is, trying to take custody over him... (Let's pretend I didn't name that other chapter about Bakugou getting a crush on her... Of course now he gets to call her mommy... I'm so sorry, I'm done...) |Yeah, I'm leaving this one in here, just feel the shame LilLemon, feel it.|

Kage looked at the boy with pity, then towards Mitsuki in disappointment. "Is it alright if I take him tonight. I'll come get his things later." Kage asked the woman.

"Go right ahead. I don't want his things in the house anyway." Mitsuki told her. Kage couldn't understand how such a woman could exist. Bakugou was still shaking. He couldn't believe what was happening. His mind was crowded in derogatory words towards himself. Mostly blaming himself for everything. He hated all of this, all he wanted to do was scream at the top of his lungs, but he could hardly even breath, his mind racing, just repeatedly screaming at him and asking what he was going to do, where he was going to go, and if this would ruin his chances to get into U.A..., or ruin his chances of even being a hero at all. He could hardly calm himself down, but he was anchored into reality as Kage's hand squeezed his shoulder reassuringly, keeping him at least partly sane.
