My Moon Prince ✔️

-WHO IS THIS?-

"Rose.. Hey Rose." I tried to wake her up. Suddenly her head snapped up and her eyes fixed on me and when she realized I was looking at her she jumped up and immediately sat down next to me on the bed.

"Cindy.. You're finally awake!" She immediately took my hand and I had to smile slightly. She was such a lovely person.. "I asked the doctor, you can visit Liam when you feel fit enough.. But he's not awake yet.."

"Yes! Yes I have to see him.. do you know where he is?"

I held my IV so tightly on the way to Liam that my hand started to hurt. I was scared.. What if he doesn't wake up? What if he doesn't remember? What if-

"Liam..." I whispered weakly as I entered his room and paused in the doorway. He lay there hooked up to machines that monitored his breathing and heart rate. With heavy and slow steps, I approached him and sat on the edge of the bed. He looked so peaceful.. hopefully he wasn't in pain. "Hello my love.." I whispered and looked briefly at Rose who was standing behind me and put her hand on my shoulder comfortingly.

"He will wake up soon Ciny.."

"I hope so.." I looked back at Liam and took his hand in mine before leaning forward and planting a kiss on his forehead. He was so pale and seemed so weak that I wanted to cry. My Liam wasn't like that..

I sat like that for a while and Rose had sat down in the chair to read a magazine. Although I had told her that she didn't have to stay there, she insisted on staying with me. She was afraid that something would happen to me if I wasn't in the room. Suddenly Liam started to squeeze my hand. I could feel him exert a slight pressure and tears welled up in my eyes. "Rose! He's waking up!" I said quietly and my sister quickly came to me.

And sure enough, the prince opened his eyes and blinked several times against the stupid light on the ceiling. "Liam? Can you hear me?" I breathed and took his hand to my lips. He looked at me and his gaze wandered to Rose, then he came back to me. "Hey..."

"Rose? Who is this?"
