"Rose? Who is that?" my Liam didn't recognize me? I looked at my sister and she was just as confused as I was. At least that's what she looked like.

"What do you mean? This is Cinderella.. your girlfriend." Rose hugged me when she saw my tears. But it kept getting worse...

"My girlfriend? No, no..." he breathed weakly. "You are my girlfriend, Rose. Roselina Jefferson, right? You went to the ball in that blue dress..." Liam breathed. My Liam..

"That was me- Liam please, that's not funny! Please tell me it's just a bad joke-" I collapsed in my sister's arms and cried into her shoulder.

"It will clear up, Cindy.. Don't worry, I won't touch your prince.." she whispered to me and I've never been more grateful to anyone than I am right now.

I just prayed that it was true and that her family didn't take this chance to pull me away from Liam. Because I would trust Natalie immediately, even if Rose were to resist. "I'll take care of him."

I just nodded weakly and looked at Liam again. He looked at me like I was a complete stranger. 

He really didn't recognize me.. But he looked at my sister as if she were me.. I didn't understand how it was possible. The two hardly knew each other.

Walking back to my room, I've never felt so empty inside as I do now. Not even when Thomas broke up. With tears running down my cheeks, I sat down on my bed and pulled my legs up against me.

I didn't know what to do and how to continue. Everything became ok again and now my whole world shattered. 

My head hurt and I was scared for Liam and me. What if it lasts forever? What if he will never love me again? What if he loves my sister and then marries him too? But his parents will remember me..

When I heard the door I expected a doctor or nurse but it was Rose.. what was keeping her here? 

"Cindy?" she breathed and slowly sat down next to me. She gently stroked my head and I turned to her. "I have to tell you something..." she mumbled uncertainly and I braced myself for the worst. 

Hopefully she hasn't fallen in love with Liam-

"Mum and Melody have been missing since the night of the prom. Her rooms are cleared, her belongings gone and I've already filed a missing persons report." she told me and I couldn't believe my ears.
