3rd Person POV
Thena woke up maybe 4 hours later to a fall from Rowan and Elisia
"what's up?" She groaned out as she sat up and stretched
"we need you at haileys hurry" Rowan said and Thena got out of bed as she got dressed and walked out of her room , she saw her mom and dad waiting
"I have to go , love you bye" she said as she kissed her moms forehead and went to leave
"Ah we have to talk young lady" her father called and she threw her head back softly before she turned and looked at him
"what's up?" She asked and he looked at her
"heard you've been skipping meetings and classes, what's up?" He asked and she sat down at the table
"I'm sorry about my classes , I'll do better but the meetings don't help dad, they only bring up the bad memories and the shit that I don't like" she said
"Watch your language" Katana said and she agreed
"I'm sorry it's just , someone shot himself in front of me dad and every time I talk about it, I see it all over again , I'm done talking about it" she said and her father agreed
"okay you may go, stop skipping classes" he said and she nodded as she kissed her forehead
"Wait a minute where are you going?" Her mother called
"my friend haileys, then school, I'll be home later" she said and she kissed her mothers forehead before she left
She quickly rode to haileys house and went inside, she saw Hailey in bed with Rowan and Elisia already next to her
"what happened?" Thena asked sitting on the edge of her bed
"Hailey was attacked last night downtown" Rowan explained and thenas head shot up
"why were you downtown?" She asked
" My tutor gave me an address and told me to meet him on the roof" Hailey stated
"At 10:00 pm?" Rowan asked questionably
" He's not a part of the zoo if that's what you're thinking. My message was from king cobra" Hailey said and Thena nodded
