Ashley's POV:

I sit on my bed, and watch the dancing rays of light. A silent knock hit the door, and my other mom, Mother Carole, stepped in. "Are you ready to goMy room sat in box's and my mattress was the only thing left.

Melissa wanted the bed and everything. But that was okay with me. It was like this thing was cursed. I grabbed some box's and headed out to her car.

"How's dad doing?" I ask.

Mother Carole shrugged. "Melissa won't let me see him." I almost drop the box in rage.

"Oh." is all I can manage to say right now.

I haven't been able to see him either. It was heartbreaking, Melissa is a cruel person and I'm glad I'm leaving. I'm glad that this will all be over soon.

My scars sit heavily on my arm and I hate what I've done. I hate every mistake I've created. But now it's all over. Hopefully.

Marcie drives up in her car, and waves at me. I wave back. She pulls over and jumps out with the energy of an excited child. "How's everyone doing?"She smiled.

I shrug, "Almost done. Why are you so excited?" Marcie's smile went from happy to evil in two seconds.

"I wanted to tell you I have a party AT MY OWN APARTMENT!" My mouth fell open and she started laughing hysterically.

"Serious?"

"Dead serious."

At that moment Newt came running out the door, Jumping off the first steps, he tackled me in a hug. Newt and my sister Debbie had to stay, and it hurt. Carolyn, my other sister, and Nicole, also my sister, will be coming with me.

Newt sniffs and I hold back tears. "Bye Newt." I choke, and squeeze him once more. Marcie coughs and whispers something to Mother Carole. I let go of Newt, and pat his shoulder.

"See ya around kid." Newt sniffed, and nodded. "Bye." he whispered. I turned to Mother Carole, and pointed at Marcie.

"I think I'll go with her." Marcie nodded, and Mother Carole also nodded. I walked to Marcie's car, and hopped in the front seat. Newt watched as I drove away. I wiped a tear from my cheek.

Hopefully Marcie didn't see it. But it's Marcie, she sees and knows everything.

Kendrick's POV:

I drove over to Marcie's new apartment she showed me yesterday. It was HUGE. I still can't understand how she could offord something that amazing. It had two guest rooms. TWO!

And two bathrooms. She was one lucky person. But I knew she was going to do this. She hated living with her parents. Well, her mom. Her dad was the best thing that could have happen.

I parked in the driveway, and jumped off. Marcie's car was parked so that must mean she was home. Grabbing the sandwiches out of the seat trunk, I walk to the door and knock.

Marcie answered seconds later. "Please tell those are not sandwiches." I shrugged.

"Its our thing, of course they are." I tossed them at her, and walked in. It was cool and Ashley was curled up on the couch. I froze and gaped at her. "Uhm, hey." I say way too awkwardly.

"Really, what's up with the sandwiches. . ."

Alex came over around lunch and we just sat down and watched Big Hero 6. Around six Marcie brought out some root beers and we settled down and silence took the room.

Marcie was the first to break the silence with an angry sigh. "It's late." I looked at my watch and puffed out my cheeks.

"Want a ride home Ash?" I ask.

She nodded, and gave a secret glance with Marcie before gathering her shoes and walking outside. I followed right behind her.

Ashley's POV:

I could barely keep my eyes open. I didn't realise it was a dream when I was riding in the car with Newt.

Bruce poked me, and made me look outside. Mom and dad drove. It was the perfect family. There was some rumbling and I looked around. "What's happening?" Bruce whispered in terror, and clutched my arm.

I pat his arm, and looked at mom and dad. But they where gone. We where in the car by ourselfs. My eyes widened, and I screamed. "Buckle up!" But Bruce wouldn't let go.

He held onto me until it hurt. "Let go!" Bruce suddenly looked at me, with a calm face.

"Why would I do that? We're dead already." I screamed and tried to get free. But nothing. It wasn't a fearful grip, it was an iron grip.

I looked forward and saw a huge cliff in front of us. I screamed louder, tears where running down my face. "I guess this is the end sister."

He mockingly let go right as we went over. I flew forward, slammed into the windshield, and shattered the glass. I watched as I plummeted down towards the harsh dirt.

"ASHLEY!" Bruce suddenly yelled. The ground rushed up, and right before I hit the ground. . .

I woke up screaming. I shared a room with Carolyn so she jumped awake instantly. She looked at me with huge eyes and watched as I curled into a ball and cried. Hard.

I couldn't think, my head pounded, my throat hurt.

Kendrick's POV:

I was sleeping when a buzzing noise disturbed me.

Ashley Hammon:

Can you come pick me up.

I started at my phone for a good few seconds. What?

Kendrick Weird Person:

Yeah, uh, sure. Be there in a minute.

I crept out of the house, and jumped on my bike. The wind woke me up but I was still confused why Ashley wanted me to come get her. And take her where?

I was already pulling into the front of the house. Ashley was standing by a tree, wearing just a plain blue T-ee and some pants that went to her ankles. She watched as I paused by her.

"Hello darling."

"Do you think I can stay the night at your place?" My thoughts fly right to what my dad would think.

"Sure." My dad is going to be so surprised.

I made a small bed on my floor for myself. Which was a surprise to Ashley when I flopped down on it. "G'night." I mumble, and listen to her lay on my bed. But a few seconds later she was kicking me.

"No." I raised an eyebrow, and looked up at her.

She tugged at my arm, which got me to my feet. She flopped on the bed, tugging me with her. She curled up, and I gave her a hug. Soon we both where falling asleep.

And this time, no nightmares.
