Two months later, on April 24th, marked Draco's 26th week with their twins boys. The last two months not to much happened. Their house was coming along good, but Harry was spending more time working on the house and less time at the store. Richard was picking up a lot of the workload at the store, and Draco was still working there, but only as a cashier. Draco wasn't feeling very good and he has grown very large carrying their twins.
He climbed out of the bed slowly and took a shower. His stomach was achy and he wasn't sure he could eat breakfast today. He really wasn't feeling well. He slowly made his way downstairs and eased down on the couch. "Draco?" Narcissa asked, coming over with the now One year old Peter on her hip. "I'm okay, just tried." Draco whispered. "Maybe you should call James and rest the day?" Narcissa asked. "I sit at the cashier, I can handle that." Draco said, but felt the kiss to his forehead. "You are very stubborn, My son." Narcissa said.A couple hours into the shift, Harry gave Draco's head a kiss. "My dad said you can go home, Draco." Harry said. "My mom called?" Draco said, as Harry sat up on the counter. "She did. She said you didn't even eat breakfast and fell asleep on the couch until Richard woke you up." Harry said and Draco shrugged his shoulders. "The doctor said it's common to feel run down, Harry. I doubt I'm going to feel much like myself for a while, Harry. I can't start missing work, when I'm sure there will be days I really need to miss work." Draco replied but Harry lend down and give Draco a kiss. "It's a slow day, Draco. We can handle it. What if I want you to go home, and rest? I'll be there later. Harry said. "What if I told you, sleeping isn't going to help? I'm carrying twins, it's just taking a lot out of me. I won't stay in bed for the next 14 weeks, Harry." Draco said and with a sigh, Harry nodded. "Alright, love."
"I thought I told you to send him home?" James said a couple more hours later, Harry was biting into an apple. "He wouldn't go. What was I supposed to do, pick him up and drag him home?" Harry said as his father shoved his hands into his pockets. "Mrs. Malfoy is worried about him. He did have the scare a couple months ago." James said. "I'm aware of what happened, but just because he is my partner, doesn't mean I can control him. Nor would I." Harry said. "I'm not asking you to control him, but I am worried about him as well Harry. You have no idea how excited your mother is to have her Frist grandchild, children in this case. She doesn't want anything to happen either. Try again." James said and Harry shook his head. "Your the boss, you send him home." Harry said, because he knew Draco wasn't going to go home, at least not for Harry. "Very well."
"Draco, I thought Harry recommended you for home?" James said, walking over to the register. "I'm fine, Mr. Potter. There's going to be plenty of time I'll have to call in. Nobody seems to understand that." Draco said, but went back to drawing in the little notebook he kept by the register. "We understand very well, Draco. We are all worried about you is all, don't you see that?" James asked and and after a pause. "I do, but what am I suppose to do? Just lay in bed all day? I have nothing to do and Harry's gone most of the time to finish that house. I rather sit here then go home, alone, again." Draco fussed.
"Harry take Draco home and stay there with him." James said, when he walked back over to Harry. "Not only do I have work to finish here, I only have a few more weeks left on the house." Harry said. "Your finished for today, and half of Draco's problem is he is feeling lonely." James said and after a sigh. "I don't mean for him to feel lonely...but our house has to be finished." Harry said. "You are ahead. Your partner needs attention, and rest." James said. "Okay."
"Come on. I'm taking you home." Harry said. "I thought I made myself clear?" Draco fussed. "You did. I'm staying with you." Harry said softly, pulling Draco to his feet. "You're...busy though." Draco whispered. "One day...will be okay. I don't want you feeling alone, Draco. You should have told me." Harry said and Draco Shrugged his shoulders. "You were doing something that needs to be done, but the weather is getting warm again. I can start going with you." Draco whispered softly. Harry gave him a light kiss. "It is Important to me, but you are everything to me. You really are everything to me." Harry said, before his hand slipped to Draco's grown belly. "And our babies, our little boys. I'm guessing they have your blonde hair." Harry said and Draco chuckled. "I'd say, black hair." Harry smiled at Draco's words, before giving him a big kiss. "Come on, let's go home." Harry said.
Harry laid down in the bed beside Draco, who wiggled close to him, using him as a pillow to try and get comfortable. Harry smiled and locked his arm around Draco's backside, holding him close. "I love you, Draco." Harry said. "I love you too, Harry. I'm...sorry I didn't say anything before." Draco said, feeling the kiss to his head. "I should have asked you. I should have thought about you feeling lonely. I'm sorry it didn't cross my mind. It should have." Harry said. "Harry...there is so much going on, I don't hold you responsible for not remembering that one thing." Draco said. "I should have thought, and I'm sorry for that."
