Harry yawned opened the door to his home. The home he build, with the aid of men Lucius hired when Draco was pregnant with the twins. A home they shared with their own six children and Richard, Lily and their two children. Soon, another little baby would join the household, due in just a week, but could really be any day. Draco was a week away form his due date, and that was scaring Harry very much. It was hell when Draco couldn't get a handle on his depression. Harry really didn't want to go through that again, but he feared it would happen. Draco struggled with his depression already, like Harry struggled with his own problems, including his eating. He was eating a bit, but not always enough.
Siruis Black stood with his hands on the shoulder of his son, Brian. Brian was 25 weeks pregnant, and didn't want to be left alone. He really didn't want to be without Siruis Black, but because of an illness going around the office, it was unsafe for the high risk boy to go and Siruis couldn't miss anymore days. "You do realize, Draco could go into labor and I work today." Harry said. "Actually, you don't. I have already spoken to your father." Siruis said. "He can't go with you, because?" Harry asked. "The flu is going around the office." Siruis said and Harry let out a sigh. "Fine, fine." Harry said. "You can just stay home." Brian fussed. "I already told you, I can not, son. Harry will be able to handle anything just fine." Siruis said. "Fine..." He mumbled.
--
"Cousin!" James Luke giggled, climbing up on the couch. He was still in his jammies, but he heard cousin Brian was there and wanted to say hello. He gave his Little cousin a smile. "Hey, James." He said. "Daddy says you're staying today! Let me feel? Daddy let's me feel." James said. "...I suppose so." He said softly. James was all giggly. The baby was still kind of small, so it didn't move around as much as his daddy's baby, but he still enjoyed himself and ended with a big belly kiss, before he went to get ready for the day.
Harry dropped down beside his cousin. "So Keith just told me why he wouldn't leave you by yourself, at least one of the reasons." Harry said. "About Thomas?" He asked. "Yeah. You understand why Siruis told you no. You are still sleeping with your parents and hardly talk about the baby." Harry said softly. "Just because I don't talk about the baby, doesn't have anything to do with Thomas. He just wanted to take me to get something sweet! In town." He huffed. "It doesn't matter, cousin. He definitely has a reason to be worried about anybody asking you out, even if it was something as simple as ice cream." Harry said. "I am eighteen." He fussed. "Who is currently sleeping in the bed with his parents and don't want to be left alone. Think about that, then understand why your parents don't think you should be dating, alone." Harry said. "Alone?" He raised an eyebrow. "Pads said he would allow you to go out with Thomas, if you agreed to be chaperone." Harry said. "And if he doesn't agree?" He frowned. "Then this boy isn't good for you." Harry said. "I...suppose I will think about it. How come you sent the children away if you and Draco are home?" He asked. "Because Narcissa homeschools them and then she enjoyed spending time with Holly and Henry. Peter is five now, her last baby is about to be in school and is hard for her to believe." Harry said. "Your ma won't know what to do when Cole and Ivy are of school age." He kind of chuckled. "I know, really." Harry said. "Does that mean I can watch a movie?" He asked. "Yes, it does. I'm going to get caught up on some house work I suppose. Just yell if you need something." Harry said.--
Harry worked until about one around the house and then made Draco and Brian lunch, not really in the mood to eat himself. So he was pushing around the food on his plate. "Pa thinks your adopting Jojo?" Brian asked. "Yeah, once the year is up." Harry said. "Why not the siblings? Haven't they been with you longer?" He asked. "Because they have a father. We are only keeping them until he is cleared. His recovery is slower then expected though, so the girls are slightly upset." Harry said. "I suppose they miss their father? I'm assuming they don't have a mother?" He asked and Harry shook his head. "They don't, and non of them have brought it up. I don't wish to upset them, so I am afraid we may never know." Harry said softly. "I suppose it isn't worth knowing if the girls are already upset." He said and Harry nodded.

"Harry?" Draco called for coming into the twin boy's room. Harry was sitting on the carpet, about to repair (or try) one of the boys favorite toy cars. "Yes, love?" Harry asked, picking up the toy car. "I think it's time to go to the hospital." Draco said. "Alright. I'll gather Brian and meet you in the car, alright?" Harry said, putting the car back down and grabbed his repair kit. "Alright, Harry." Draco said, slowly leaving the room.
Draco went to get his hospital bag, that held what he wanted to take to the hospital and their daughters first outfit, and her coming home outfit. Her lottke mittens and her little bitty Teddy bear with her name on it, Summer. She was already loved, almost by everyone. Draco? Was struggling to feel attached to his unborn daughter. He was hoping that would change when she was born, but...Draco didn't think it would. It took so long for Draco to feel attached to the twins and no matter how hard he hoped not to repeat himself, he knew he would.-
Harry helped Draco get settled in the hospital room and told Siruis were to come get his son, who was gone by three. The doctor put the fetal monitor on Draco's belly, showing the baby girl was doing just fine, so the operation wasn't going to be for a few more hours, as the hospital was pretty back up on minor operations. As Draco and the baby were safe and stable, it wasn't an emergency, so he was put on the schedule, but it would be a few hours.
Harry sat beside him on the bed when he caught Draco, more the once, off in space, unable to read one of his favorite books. "What's on your mind, Draco?" Harry asked. Draco just gave him a fake smile. "Just overthinking the operation. It hurty." Draco said and Harry let out a chuckle. "I know it does, my love, but I promise you are going to be okay." Harry said, putting a finger under Draco's chin, pulling his head up a bit more and placed a light kiss on his lips. "I'm sure you are right, I just can't help but think is all. How about some jello?" Draco asked. "Sure. I'll go get you some jello." Harry said, giving Draco a big kiss.A few more hours later, a newborn girl was laid screaming on her daddy's chest right after she was born. A few minutes later, she'd been clean and handed to Harry who smiled down at his newborn daughter. "She's prefect." Harry half cried, as they finished up closing Draco's stomach form the operation.
Like Draco feared. No matter how long he held his daughter, the joy of her brith wasn't coming, and he was pretty sure Harry knew that too. Draco hoped, it would pass quickly.
