A very fast three weeks past by and it was January 4th. Today? Was Jojo birthday. Jojo was a little girl Harry and Draco had been fostering, a little girl who after a year they could adopted. They moved Henrietta, Athena and Maddie, but their time there was unsure. Their father was out of the hospital, staying in a rehabilitation center, getting better. One day, the three girls would no longer be in their care. Of course, they wasn't treated any differently then the twins boys of their own, or of course Jojo, but there was always this hidden pain they both felt knowing the three girls would day, wouldn't be staying with them.

Draco yawned when the alarm went off and Harry hurried out of the bed and over to Draco's since. "Love, I am fine." Draco said, but did hold out his hand and let Harry bring him to his feet. "Love, you could of really been hurt last weekend." Harry said. "I'm not the one who got that hurt, Harry. Henrietta has a broken leg, because of it. How on earth did that man get there, if he wasn't suppose to be within so many yards of his child and ex wife?" Draco asked and Harry let out a sigh. "He didn't care about it, all he cared about was hurting her. He did. Their child is dead, three horses for killed and several riders got hurt, and so did you. The doctor is very worried about your rib, it could cause our girl to be born early. I really wish you'd keep in bed." Harry said. "I feel okay, and I promise to keep it simple." Draco said, getting a small kiss. "Okay, love." Harry replied back.

Draco went to start breakfast and Harry turned the light on in the bedroom the three girls shared. Henrietta still laid asleep on the bottom bunk, her leg up on a pillow and badly covered up by her youngest sister Athena. The two younger girls just came out of the bedroom, already dressed. "Girls, did sister have a rough night?" Harry asked softly. "Her leg was hurting, yes." Maddie frowned. "Join Draco in the kitchen girls." Harry said, and the two girls hurried out the bedroom.
Harry turned the light back off and walked over to the bed. He slowly patted her pillow and tucked her back into bed. Henrietta made a little noise, but went back to sleep, getting a light kiss on her forehead hoping she had a better rest, before he left her to sleep.

"Hen not joining us?" Draco asked. "No, ma is going to come sit with Hen and Lily anyway. Lily's been back in the toilet." Harry pointed out. "She won't be too happy if she shows up here." Richard, wife of Lily and little brother of Draco, said. "She'll be fine. she's bringing the babies and she wanted to see Jojo before we dropped her off at the manor with your mum." Harry said. "I suppose the last little potter's will make her better. What has the lawyer said about the...event?" Richard asked and Harry let out a sigh. "Nothing yet. She'll end up having to go to court over what she saw, I'm trying to get a meeting with her father, but he's scheduled is all over the place." Harry said. "She's twelve." Richard said. "And seven year olds have had to speak up in court, unfortunately, Richard." Harry said and Richard let out a sigh. "Very well..." He replied back.

Lily Evans Potter knocked on the door to the house her oldest son shared with his partner and children. Her oldest daughter also lived her with her husband and infant daughter. The car seats beside her legs as she knocked again, before Maddie was told it was okay to opened the door. She smiled and got a big hug form Lily, who then went inside the house, as the twins, Lucius and James, hurried over to the car seats and dropped down, talking softly to one another and smiling at the babies. "Ma." Harry said, putting down the lunch boxes. "What did the doctor say about Hen?" Lily asked, but walked over to Harry and got a hug, before she pushed his oversized glasses back on his nose. "You still-" She started. "They'll call pa if I don't, so of course Ma. There's not much can be done about her leg. It is still fresh injury. She approved the pain killer, so she'll be asleep I'd say for the morning. Lol is also upstairs." Harry said. "No worries, son. Where is Jojo? I have something for her." Lily smiled lightly. "Jo! Come here please!" Harry called for and a couple minutes later, Jojo came down the stairs, holding two different pairs of shoes. "I can't pick!" She frowned.
"Worry about your shoes in a couple minutes, I have something for you, sweet girl." Lily smiled lightly.
Jojo joined Lily on the couch, her shoes long forgotten in the hallway. "I know you haven't been here too long, and I know I've been in the hospital since you came to stay here, but today is your birthday." Lily said. "It is...but not really been a big deal. I was just a number at the center." Jojo said kind of softly. "I know, but that has changed. Things are different know, so here you go." Lily said, handing her a small box. Jojo, slowly opened it, pulling out the missing Teddy bear of her set. She giggled and held it close, until Harry said it was time they get going.

The children were dropped off at the manor and of course Narcissa had planned a little celebration for Jojo who got pretty shy at the attention she was getting. She got overwhelmed, a little to overwhelmed. She sat on the couch, half crying, and Narcissa then dismissed the children before she eased down to her ankles. "Hey." Narcissa said softly. Jojo stiffed and looked slowly at her. "They are just trying to show you are important. I guess I didn't think about it being to much for you. I'm sorry." Narcissa said softly. Jojo was quiet for a couple minutes. "Nobody...cared before." She said softly. "I know, sweetie. I should of thought about it being overwhelming, and I am sorry. They mean well. Why don't we go for a walk outside? You'll feel better after some air and then we will continue the lessons." Narcissa said and she slowly nodded.

That evening, Draco and Harry had a small celebration for Jojo as a family, and the children sat around the table having some ice cream and cake. Draco slowly sat down beside Harry on the couch. "What happened with the young man with the kids that keep coming by the store, Harry?" Draco asked softly. "Somebody who...wants to talk, but I don't care for what he has to say." Harry said softly, watching Draco hold out his hand. Harry slowly grabbed his hand. "Father can get an RO, if you want? I don't have to know the details, your father doesn't like him there either." Draco said. "There is no other farm store in the state and I won't punish his-" Harry started to say. "His daughter, the teenager, can come inside the store then. When he comes, I find your lunch in the trash and your barely able to maintain your weight, Harry. Your already half malnourished and I can't handle...something happening to you. my head is also all over the place..." Draco admitted and after a pause. "Okay...yeah, I suppose...I'm going to the stupid meetings so you don't have to keep worrying so much." Harry said. "When your doctor tells your father your healthy again, I'll worry less, but I love you...and I still plan to marry you, so I will always worry." Draco pointed out and Harry eased back into the couch. "Okay, and I love you to...let's get the kids into bed." Harry said.

Come a little before ten, Harry was climbed into bed beside his partner, Draco, and ended up getting used as a body pillow. All the activities today had caused Draco's side to be achy and his back was hurting. At least that was his normal pregnancy stuff, so he didn't worry about that, but he didn't want to admit his side was hurting.
Harry just kissed the top of his head, and locked his arm around him, holding him close, the pair soon went to sleep.
