Sokka, Aang and Toph devised their plan to make their way through the crowd and onto Appa. The shop was big, but there were plenty of doors that lead outside. "Ok Toph, I need you tell us how many people are out there exactly." Sokka said. Toph took a deep breath and concentrated. "About 527 of them so far, but why is that important?"

"Each on of us can take on a portion of that number to distract them while Aang goes to look for Zuko and Suki." Aang nodded. "After he finds the two of them, he'll sneak through the crowd to get to Appa, so he can come and get us next. Then, we can leave." Katara scoffed. "Do we have to make a big deal out of this? Why not just go through the crowd?"

"Let me be the idea man, Katara. Plus, there's no way we're gonna be able to find Suki and Zuko if we're swarmed by a bunch of people." Aang nodded. "He's right. This was supposed to be a night for just us in the first place. Even if getting to the dance first would only give us 10 minutes to ourselves, it'd be worth it." He said, placing a hand Katara's shoulder.

Toph snapped her fingers. "So, are we doing this or not?" Sokka glanced at his sister, waiting for an answer. She sighed. "Fine, I'll let you guys play your silly complicated game." Sokka pumped a fist in the air, "Alrighty! Operation Sokka's Genius Escape Plan is a go!" Toph rolled her eyes. "We're not calling it that."

"Oh yes we are." He replied, holding his arm out for Toph to hold on to. She latched on, ready to make her way into the large crowd outside. Aang rushed off to look for their friends. Katara let out another sigh. "We just have to make everything into some sort of adventure?" Sokka smirked. "There's always an adventure with Team Avatar."

Suki had pulled Zuko to another side of brightly lit shop, dresses and pants surrounding them.

"Tell me what I should do, Zuko." Said Suki. She had explained everything to Zuko about Toph and Sokka. Zuko tapped his chin lightly. "Well Suki, they've been friends for years, wouldn't it be normal for them to be comfortable with each other?" She sighed. "I guess, but I know you've seen it. The hugging, the flirting? Something's up."

"Oh c'mon, they aren't flirting, they're just happy to see each other! In a...romantic looking way!" Zuko said. Suki rolled her eyes. "Wow, thanks. You always know just what to say." He shrugged, knowing he never did have a way with words. They both looked up to hear fast paced footsteps. "Guys! Why do you keep running off?!" They heard Aang yell. Suki waved her arms. "Aang, over here!"

Aang glanced over to see the two of them on the opposite side of isles, and breathlessly ran over. "Before, we do anything else, just answer me honestly: Do you even wanna be here?" He asked. They were taken aback by his harsh tone. "Of course, Aang." Zuko hesitantly answered. "Then act like it! You're free to leave anytime, no one is holding you hostage. But...at least try to have fun. For now, we've gotta outta this place." Aang said. The three of them nodded in agreement, rushing to meet up with the rest of the Gaang as Aang explained the problem.

Toph gasped as she felt several little vibrations in the ground. "Here they come!" She said. Sokka and Katara turned, happy to see that Suki and Zuko were still in the building. Katara ran up to them, smiling. "Glad to see you guys are still here! Now let's get this ridiculous show on the road!" They all jumped at the sound of banging on the doors. Toph and Sokka ran outside ahead of the rest of the group, and made their way to their designated portion of the crowd. Suki scoffed. "Aang, I thought you said we were gonna take on a crowd individually?" Aang shrugged. "Well, that was the plan. Let's just hurry." He said, changing the subject.

- - - TIME SKIP - - -

(A/N: I don't know how to write this part, so I'm just gonna skip to them at the dance.)

At Infinite Dance Club, colorful lights flashed and scattered around the floor. Tonight's theme was unknown to the Gaang, but it must have been something crazy.

Everyone flopped down at a table and sighed. They had finally made it, but it was crowded and loud. Almost everyone from all four Nations had followed them there, and they didn't get a single moment alone from then on. "So much for your genius idea, Sokka." Katara said.

"At least I made a plan! If we had listened to you, we would still be stuck in that crowd!" Sokka replied. Suki put a hand on his shoulder to calm him down. "It doesn't matter, at least we made it, So, lets just try to have fun!" She said. Toph felt her chest burn with annoyance. She always has something to say... She thought. Zuko looked over at her, noticing her body language had changed. He leaned over and asked if she was ok. She looked up and shrugged, not saying anything more.

"Alright, are we dancing or what?" Aang asked, taking Katara's hand. She giggled and followed him, swaying to the beat. Sokka smiled. "Aw, look at those two little weirdos go." He said. She nodded, a wide smile on her face. The song was perfect, the lights reflected everything in the right way, and though it was crowded, it was sweet and peaceful. And here Toph was, bored out of her mind. She started softly singing the words to the song that was playing (That's Amore),"In Napoli, where love is king...when boy meets girl.."

"Here's what they sayyyy..." Sokka sang. "When the moon hits your eyes like a big pizza pie, thats..amoreeee."  They both belted. Sokka stood up, feeling the song. "When the world seems to shine like you've had too much wine, that's...amoreeee!" Toph smiled. "Bells will ring, ting-a-ling-a-ling, ting-a-ling-a-ling, and you'll sing vita belllaaaa~"

"Hearts will play, tippy tippy tay, tippy tippy tay, like a gay tarantellaaaa! When the stars make you drool just like pasta e fasule, that's amoreee...'" They continued, singing louder. Everyone in the club turned to see Toph and Sokka belting out in song, while Suki and Zuko watched, entertained and smiling. "When you dance down the street with a cloud at your feet, your in loveeeee...When you walk in a dream but you know, you're not dreamin' signoreeee." By now everyone had joined in. Sokka grabbed Toph and danced around while singing at the same time. "Scusami, but you see, back in old Napoli that's amoreeee!

Once they had finished the song, they were brought back to reality with the sound of cheers and clapping. Sokka punched the air, having the most fun out of all of them. He was still dancing and holding on Toph, who was embarrassed by the sudden attention. Suki saw how he was so close to her, and instantly her mood was ruined. She had hoped he would ask her to dance. but she guessed that he was enjoying Toph's company more. That's when she had enough. She grabbed Sokka by the collar and kissed him right in front of Toph. Did she just...Toph thought. She slowly backed away from the couple, now more than ever wanting to leave.
