Sokka looked back at Toph after pulling away from Suki's kiss. "Why can't you just forget about Toph for 5 minutes? Your girlfriend is right in front of you!" Suki said. She had to grab his face to get him to look at her. "I'm starting to get sick of this, Sokka!"

Aang, who was dancing with Katara, looked over where all the commotion was coming from. "Katara, I think we might need to step in this time." The crowd went silent as Suki kept on yelling, while Sokka kept on looking back at Toph. The two made eye contact for what seemed like forever before Toph walked away.

Katara butt in between Sokka and Suki. "Don't touch my brother, Suki." She said, pushing Suki farther and farther away. Aang stood in front of Sokka. "Hey, you okay?" He asked. Sokka looked at Aang with remorse on his face. "I got you, Sokka. Go ahead and find Toph." Aang said. Sokka smiled and nodded, running after Toph.

There she was, sitting at a table filled to the brim with food. It was in a different, quieter room. "H-hey Toph?" Sokka said in a low voice. She turned her head towards the sound with food still in her mouth.  Sokka chuckled. "What are you eating?"

She shrugged. "Whatever this stuff is, I'm craving it." She turned back to the food. Sokka walked over to her, gently taking both of her hands in his and stood her up. Toph looked up with surprise on her face. "What?" She said. He swiftly pulled her into a tight hug, nuzzling his face in the crook of her neck. Toph blushed, hesitantly hugging him back. When they finally pulled away, Sokka looked her in the eyes. She smirked. "I can feel you staring, Snoozles."

He chuckled again, staying close to Toph. She put her hands on his face and pulled him closer. "Toph..." He whispered. She smiled. With one last look at one another, Toph leaned forward and kissed him. He couldn't help but smile as he finally felt her lips on his. She reluctantly pulled away, looking down at the floor. "So, what now, Snoozles?"

There was a bang at the door. "Are you in there?!" A man's voice yelled. "Who is that?" Toph asked. Sokka stood in front of Toph. "Stay behind me-" She scoffed. "I ain't afraid of nobody, maybe you should get behind me, cause it's gonna get real ugly." She said. The banging continued. "Toph, let me in!"

She gasped. "Kanto?" She said aloud. "Kanto?!" Sokka exclaimed. Toph ran up to the door and turned the handle. "Kanto, the door was open, geez..." She said. He smoothed out his shirt, not noticing the other man that was in the room with her until a second later. "Who is that?" He said. "The name's Sokka. What are you doing here?" Toph backed away from Kanto, wrapping her arm around his. "Kanto, we talked about this..."

"Wait, did you break up with him?" Sokka asked. Toph nodded. Sokka sighed heavily with relief. "Oh, thank goodness! I was gettin' worried, good for you though!" He said, giving her a thumbs up. Kanto glared at the two. "What about Lin? What are you gonna do without her father, huh?" He said. Toph's eyes widened. "I never needed you in the first place, Kanto. When I was 12, I raised hundreds of kids, taking them in and training them everyday. You think I can't do that now?" Kanto was taken aback. "It's your time to choose, Toph. Me, your child's father, or him?"

Toph burst out laughing. Sokka glanced at her. Oh boy, she's lost it...

"You don't get to make me choose, Kanto. We're leaving. Tell my friends we'll see them later." She kept her arm around Sokka, walking right past Kanto. She brought them outside quickly, not looking back at the club. "Toph, slow down..." Sokka said, grabbing her hand. She turned to look at him. She quickly pulled him into a hug, tightly wrapping her arms around him. "I love you, Sokka..." She said quietly. He hugged her back, sighing. "I...I love you too."

A/N: Yep....This took me a long time (even though it wasn't that long), but hope you like it!
