You glared daggers at the man. You don't know if you could even call him your lover, friends with benefits was a better term for both of you but the better name for him was a cocky douchebag. Your eye twitched as the woman on his lap was laughing at everything he said as if it was the funniest thing known to man.

You let out a groan and got up from the stool you sat on in his workshop. You walked into the back where Killer was, ready to rant to him about how much Kid irritated you.

"Let me guess. Kid's a big asshole and he's showing off his little toys?" Killer said as he tossed you a beer.

You caught it as you stumbled forward to make sure the can didn't fall.

"Do I really talk about it that much?" You said as you tilted your head.

"Just about once or more every week." He said as Heat and Wire snickered at his words.

"He's right y'know. You're always telling us about Kid being a total dick. Why not get back at him instead of taking it?" Wire said as he shrugged.

"Yeah! I think it's fair. You can handle his temper tantrums can't you?" Heat said as he wrapped his arm around you, looking down at you with a grin.

"I guess you guys are right but how would I even do that?"

"Use Heat. He'd go off the rails especially cause he already hates how close you guys are." Killer said, smirking underneath his mask.

"You guys are literally my heroes...are you up for it Heat?" You said with a sparkle in your eyes.

Heat picked you up and threw you over his shoulder.

"Hell yeah!" He said excitedly as he walked out of the room, slapping your ass in front of Kid as you started to laugh hysterically. You saw the glare in Kids eyes as he stared you both down.

Heat set you down and leaned down, kissing your cheek as he pulled you outside. You heard grunts from Kid as you were pushed against the side of the garage. You began to laugh with Heat.

"He's going to kill us both." You snickered.

"Maybe just a little bit, but it's funny to see him get so mad. Maybe he does like you more than he's letting on." Heat said with a wink.

You let out a squeak before Heat leaned in close to you, cupping your face and acting as if you were about to kiss.

"He's coming, act!" He whispered.

You nodded and wrapped your arms around him, staring at him with a big grin as his blue hair covered both of your faces. Soon, Heat was ripped away from you; an angry red head looking at you.

"Heat. Inside. Now." He commanded.

Heat quickly walked inside as Kid trapped you between his arms, looking down at you.

"What the hell were you fucking thinking? Do you think you're funny?" He growled.

"You don't own me. I'm not just one of your many toys. If you can do this, so can I. We're not anything besides friends with benefits." You rolled your eyes.

"I—" You covered his mouth before you grabbed his chin and kissed him; transferring his ruby lipstick onto you before you pulled back.

"We're only a thing when we want to satisfy ourselves Kid. Why are you so obsessed with keeping me only to yourself?" You asked.

"Maybe because I don't want us to just be friends with benefits. Have you ever through about that, doll face?" He said as he slapped your hand off of him.

He pulled you by your waist close to him as he grabbed your face.

"What?"

"You heard me. I don't want us to just be friends with benefits." He said bluntly.

"You idiot." You scoffed as you wrapped your arms around him; kissing the man. He kept his arm around your waist as he cupped your face.

You pulled back and began to laugh, caressing his cheek softly.

"Kid, you're definitely the charmer." You said.

"What the hell are you trying to say?" He growled.

"I accept your feelings. You're my hotheaded douche."
